頂樓溫泉有分室內和露天兩種 咖啡色浴巾是可以裹身下水的毛巾 頂樓溫泉可以看到噴火灣海岸線 非常漂亮 溫泉非常舒服 頂樓另一側提供給大家喝飲料看風景的交誼廳 一樓停車場服務人員非常親切 一樓提供迎賓飲料有三四種 大廳很開闊 櫃台人員英文沒有很好 但服務態度很親切 一樓有一個小賣店販售名產 早餐是自助式 早餐種類非常豐富 海鮮很新鮮 並提供美玲咖啡 甚至是紅酒白酒和啤酒

雙人床有點小 建議訂雙床間會比較舒適

The staff were very professional and understanding. The facility is clean and the onsen section is really beautiful and well maintained.

Great room. Amazing fresh breakfast. Onsen is magical and in winter months the outdoor section was fantastic.

Personally I think if you’re going to advertise being English speaking at least some of the front desk staff should be able to communicate using it. When I had an issue I had to communicate through a lovely Malaysian housekeeper who was able to translate fluently. I would still recommend this place 10/10 though, give it a go!

Amazing outdoor onsen! It was incredible to soak outside with the snow falling on your skin with the view of the ocean and mountains in the distance. Staff was incredibly nice and remembered our names. Every time we came downstairs, we were greeted. We also paid for breakfast and dinner -- dinner had all you can eat snow crab legs! They have some butter cups there for bread. If you put the little cups in a small bowl of soup, the butter melts and you can dip the crab in there. 😁 I wish my wife and I would have thought of that sooner.

The outdoor onsen with non-edge pool, facing the sea is amazing. The breakfast and dinner buffets are also quite good. Varied assortment and good quality. Staff is thoughtful and careful.

Most friendly reception ever, can ask them for towels or spare change and they will happily do so. Sea view is nice but sadly most of it was blocked by building in front and the ongoing snowfall. Buffet ice cream game is AMAZING.

Dinner buffet options are mostly raw seafood which was a bit disappointing, other than that the breakfast buffet bread with Hokkaido butter and fresh honey is amazing.

It's about 40 minutes by tram to get to the train station and other tourist attractions. The room was extremely small.

Sort of lack of individuality but ok Like in most Japanese hotels, one needs to determine all meal times by check-in. As the hotel was completely booked, that helped of course to manage the crowds. With Google Maps kind of difficult to finde
