Great charming little home, perfect location near downtown Gilbert, enjoyed the eveing walks into town. The house was clean and just right! Would gladly return to the same home.

Hidden adorable home in the heart of downtown. Easily walkable to many doggo friendly restaurants. (Bonus! Doggos welcome!) Comfortable. Cozy. Spacious living area. Although we didn't use the kitchen - with so many restaurants nearby, we didnt need to - it appeared to be well appointed and fully stocked. Clean. Cute little backyard. Perfect for staying with our daughter and son-in-law while visiting family and friends nearby. Surprisingly quiet when considering proximity to live music venues and the apartment complex. Would stay again!

House is adorable! Clean. Comfortable beds. Spacious living area. Nice little yard. Great location near downtown. Walked to OHSO (breakfast at a brewery, I think yes!) and Culinary Dropout. In town to visit family, the house gave us a great spot for us to stay within walking distance of "stuff" to do and meet up with friends. It's a little hidden gem. Perfect for 4 adults and 1 small elderly dog (who also enjoyed breakfast at OHSO.) Would definitely stay again.

Title says it all: My family of four stayed over spring break with our two dogs. The house is simple, but exactly as depicted. In addition, the kitchen is wonderfully appointed if you plan to cook, the beds and pillows are very comfortable, and the WiFi is strong to support devices and the smart TV. Bring your log in information for TV apps, like Netflix, Hulu, Disney, Amazon, HBO, etc., but all apps are pre-loaded. The backyard is perfect for the dogs. Friendly neighbors and easy access to the fun, little Gilbert downtown. Great experience.

Great house in a great location. Just steps away from DTG (down town Gilbert) and the excellent restaurants and shops there.

Everything was very nice. Had a bit of a problem with check in instructions. Hard to get a hold of the management agency.

Great house, questionable neighborhood!

Check in/check out was a breeze, house was amazingly clean and cozy with an awesome yard for the babies, owners were a joy to work with, very kind, compassionate and caring with great open communication . From start to finish, booking to renting, Bring Fido to Vrbo to Evolve to the owners it was a smooth transition and experience. Staying there again for sure over the next two years if pricing can stay stable and reasonable.

Location to downtown is awesome. The house is setup perfect with all items needed for cooking, cleaning, and laundry.

We came to the Gilbert area to visit my parents and I was impressed with this house. We take family vacations multiple times a year, each house is always lacking something. This house was perfect for us. Very clean, roomy and right in the middle of everything. The beds were comfy, the shower pressure was great. If we need to book another stay in this area I would definitely stay here.

Our stay was wonderful! The home itself is gorgeous, spotless, and has everything you need. Could not ask for a better location; right in the middle of downtown Gilbert. 3 minute walk to everything! Will stay again :)

Making your own meals in the beautiful kitchen is a breeze because you’ll find everything you need except for the food. After a long day of hiking you’ll get a great nights sleep in the comfortable beds. Or you can sit by the fire pit in the side yard. Main Street Gilbert, filled with quite an assortment of restaurants, is a mere 300 steps away but you’ll never feel like you’re in the middle of all the hustle & bustle. The property owners were a delight to work with. We like this property so much that the next time we’re in Gilbert we’ll stay here again.

Renting and communicating with the owner was easy and smooth. The home itself was beautiful! The location was a small walk away from some great places to eat. I really enjoyed staying in this home and plan to make another trip just to stay in this home again. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area!

If you're looking to stay close to Downtown Gilbert, you couldn't get more perfect than this house. It's close enough to walk to coffee in the morning or dinner in the evening, but it's also very quiet. The open living room/kitchen was amazing! The bathroom is a tad small, so if you have a lot of people, it might get tight, but the bedrooms are huge and so comfortable! Zero complaints about this house!
