Convenient to beach and central to good restaurants.

We had an amazing stay in this wonderful beach house! The house was awesome and spacious! The house is literally a 1 minute walk to the beach access and the 2nd level observation deck provides an ocean view! The backyard was so nice with a patio under the observation deck, fire pit, and jacuzzi that honestly I did not want to leave it! We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to return! The host communication was timely and helpful with any questions we had. I would not hesitate to recommend this property!

Smaller than expected. Could accommodate 8 adults not 13. No live TV. Had to stream (cast) from our own uTube great pots and pans. No left over containers no working can opener. Needs rubber spatula. Always a great time with family and we all get along so crowded was ok.

My husband and I booked a last minute trip with our pups and this ended up being the perfect property for us. Nice roomy hime, fenced in yard for the pups, nice neighborhood and walking distance to the ocean. Booking was easy and the agent Angel Rodriquez was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. Plenty of room. Just a short walk to the beach. The property manager responded quickly to any problems or questions we had and took care of anything we needed.

The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked as well as the bathrooms. Short walk to the beach. We only wished that we had more time there. The week was too short. The owner was very easy to commute with. Thanks to the owner for being pet friendly.

Wonderful spot for our annual family and friends getaway. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The sunrise views from the deck were amazing, a great place to start the day with coffee. We had a great time!

All of the beach day essentials were provided in the garage. Perfect place to stay if you are flying into florida.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed sunrise at the beach every single day. It’s in a great neighborhood, just couple of minutes walk to the beach. Very peaceful with only few people in the beach.

Came here with my husband, son, parents and 2 puppers. The house is practically right on the beach. Neighbors are friendly. The dogs loved the fenced in back yard. The house had everything we needed and more. Couldnt have asked for anything better.

This was such a cute and cozy home to stay in. Plenty of room inside the house and out back. The beach is a very short walk away making it easy to come and go throughout the day. The hot tub was so nice to have at night when the weather cooled down. The fire pit was also a cool thing to have. My family and I had such a great time staying here. The owner was kind, easy to contact, and check in/out was super easy. I would 100% stay here again!

Nice established neighborhood on the beach. The host was super accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately the weather was so cold we could not take advantage of the large back yard with hot tub and fire pit. We would book this property again.

Our family of 6 had a great time during our stay. Great beach amenities were supplied. A huge plus was the deck lookout. There were many family morning coffees and chill time had on it!

Met our needs very well. So close to beach. And all of the beach supplies available made each trek to the beach worth it! Great place and we will be coming back!

The home is well laid out, and close to everything. The owner is very kind and helpful. However, the ceiling in the living room/kitchen is leaking. The couch had several large tears - throw blankets were not clean. We found large used panties under a pillow from a prior resident. The hot tub water was dirty with sand and dirt - it was not usable. We wanted to grill, but it too was very dirty without anything to clean it with. There were only two dishwasher pods for a three night stay. Zero laundry pods. The floors were filthy - so filthy we all had black socks. We loved the outdoor shower. The view from the 2nd story was quite nice. We appreciated the spices and oil left for use. Overall, we were not comfortable, and we would not rent this home again. We did not feel that we received the product advertised - we overpaid, and I couldn't wait to leave. I informed the owner and she apologized - however, our aunt's visit from AZ was tainted with this sad experience - she was very disappointed. We all were disappointed...

The house was very clean. Had plenty of beach toy to use. Enjoyed the deck at night time. Very relaxing place and easy access to the bench. St Augustine is a beautiful city!

The outdoor shower in the back was a really nice touch, much needed when coming back off the beach with sandy feet and everything else. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Great place to go up on roof and enjoy the morning sunrise.

I couldn't have asked for a better person to deal with. Owner was very nice. House was exactly as described. Deck was nice viewing 4th of July fireworks. Easy walk to the beach. House has plenty of beach stuff. My family enjoyed the bikes. Thank you so much. We enjoyed your home!!!

We could not have been more pleased. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room. Close to the beach and lots of beach items in the garage. The kitchen is well stocked and large enough for several people to cook. The kids loved the hot tub and outside areas. The beds were amazing! It was SO clean. There is just so much space and amenities. It's also beautifully decorated. The washer and dryer was very convenient. Our host was kind enough to give us restaurant suggestions. Thank you Angel! I can't say enough good things. We ALL enjoyed our stay immensely.

My big family had very comfortable accommodations at the house. The location is excellent, only a few steps away from the beach and very close to all St. Augustine attractions, as well. The commutation with the house host was very easy, friendly and clear, all questions were answered promptly.

Some friends and I stayed here for my birthday and had an amazing time! The property was better than expected. It was very clean and was so close to the beach! Also the hosts were great and very accommodating! Would definitely recommend staying here!
