My family of 4 had a wonderful time and really loved this condo! It's well worth it to pay more for ocean front because the sound and breeze of the ocean is the best! I loved the decor, very classy but simple! We had everything we needed and more! The beach closet had chairs, buckets, shovels, goggles, umbrella, boogie boards, noodles, etc. They also had a small cooler which was perfect for beverages! We didn't need a large cooler since we could easily get more from the condo. They had plenty of beach towels which was nice so we didn't have to lug them from out of state! The Reef restaurant across the street was delicious! Dockside Dave's was good too! We walked to Caddy's restaurant and enjoyed the ocean views (8 minute walk). Paula was fabulous! Super responsive and helpful! Personally, I liked renting directly from the owner instead of a management company. We hope to return next year! Thank you Paula!

I am a clean freak and it was so nice to get there and find everything just the way I like it! Having the beach towels and chairs was also very convenient! Our family enjoyed staying at Paula’s place at the Seaview very much! The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and had all of the necessities you’d want for a longer stay. We really appreciated the beach chairs as well. It was spacious for our family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teens. The check-in/check-out process was easy and Paula, the host, provided great communication and was very responsive! Also, the staff on site were helpful and friendly. We’ll definitely be going back.

Paula is a FANTASTIC host and her condo is SUPURB!! The beach front is absolutely beautiful and the ocean views lovely. Truly loved our stay and highly recommend!

Property is excellent!! Pool is great! There are a lot of chairs and umbrellas for shade. The beach access is incredible! The view from the 5th floor is stunning!

Very nice! Oceanfront condo with large rooms overlooking the beach. Basically, had everything that you would need... private pool, sauna and easy beach access. Paula, the owner is super nice and easy to get in touch with. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!

The condo was perfect! The view was amazing! The condo was equipped with literally everything, from a fully stocked spacious kitchen, plenty of bath towels and beach towels, to a full closet of beach/pool toys along with plenty of chairs! The rooms were spacious for all 4 of us ( 2 adults, 2 kids) the balcony was perfect for breakfast every morning! Location was perfect, we walked right across the street for dinner one night and rode the trolley one night to get to dinner or called the free beach rides (for tip only) We will definitely be back! I wish I would have booked a longer stay! :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay...just wish it was longer. The condo was perfect! Tons of room in the living area and bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed sunsets from the balcony every night. The pool was perfect and never too crowded. We will definitely be back!

From the time we booked until we left everything went well. The owner was excellent with communication and making sure we enjoyed our stay. The condo had everything needed and more, too include multiple appliances for cooking. The view from 501 was spectacular and the building staff was also very friendly! Plenty of towels, beach chairs and toys for the younger ones. Within walking distance to several restaurants/bars and ice cream shops. Publix was a brief drive over the Tom Stuart bridge and a Winn-Dixie was close in the water side. Great experience and would return.

This property is perfect in so many ways! The size was great - everything is so open and spacious. We loved the open balcony too. Great location with two restaurants across the street and just a short drive to John’s Pass. We would definitely stay here again. 😊

This was our third trip to Madeira Beach and this is by far our favorite condo/location. Being on the top floor was wonderful. The condo was meticulously clean, well stocked, and updated. Everyone at the condo was lovely, from the guests to the office personal to the cleaners and maintenance crew. The beachfront views from the condo are spectacular. We were able to watch amazing, picture perfect Gulf sunsets every night. And the balcony is huge, with lots of comfortable seating. The beds were also super comfy and the master bath shower is HUGE (your whole party could fit in it). The host provided clear, through communication prior to our arrival, which was very much appreciated. Made our arrival, stay and departure seamless. And the location: perfect. Within walking distance of so many great restaurants, a couple of convenience stores, and beach bars. The beach is private, not crowded at all (which was really appreciated during a busy holiday weekend when the public access beaches were packed). My only negative (and I can only fault myself) is that I wish we had booked a longer stay…it was THAT spectacular. This will definitely be our top choice for future Madeira Beach trips. Thanks again for allowing us to stay at this perfect condo.

Our family of 4 had an excellent time staying at this property. The location and space were perfect. We had plenty of room and we loved all the extra beach chairs/toys for us to enjoy. Paula was on top of everything and always returned my emails promptly. We loved all the games that were in the TV cabinet. We loved the view from the balcony. We loved the proximity to the beach. We loved how mellow the entire facility was. We would definitely stay here again.

Outstanding condo, Paula was one of the best at getting back with the information, check in , pool code , lobby code and where to park. This was our first beach experience as a couple memorable. Many places to eat just need to be careful crossing Gulf Blvd reminds me of the movie dodgeball LOL. We also hit Ft. Desota a must stop. We needed to unwind and this provided it.

Loved the condo and the beautiful ocean views. Many places to walk and grab dinner or shop. The owners were very responsive and check in/out was a breeze. We loved using the chairs to sit at the beach and appreciate the nice pool area also. We spent a great deal of time just hanging out on the balcony. The condo was very clean and the bathrooms were beautiful! We hope to return again soon!

Very nice property with beautiful views

Have been traveling to the area for years, staying in different condos, and finally found our favorite place to stay when we visit. Amazing views, and right on the beach. Paula was very responsive and can’t wait to come back. Dockside Dave’s is a great place to eat right across the street.

My mom, sister, niece and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was even larger than we expected and well equipped with everything we could need. Our favorite part was the balcony. Great view, large and very comfortable patio furniture. We felt like we were on the beach just stepping out from the living room. Paula was very nice to work with and I highly recommend staying here.

This condo was just perfect! From the communication with Paula to the location and cleanliness it was exactly what we were looking for.

My wife, our 19 month old, and myself enjoyed our week there.

We were looking for a place on the beach with a view of the sunset, and this did not disappoint! Being able to open the entire wall facing the Gulf was a wonderful surprise, and the patio was a great place to enjoy a supper while watching the sunset. The condo had plenty of room in both bedrooms for our family (2 adults and 2 kids). We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the cleanest places I’ve ever seen! You can’t get any closer to the beach- it was amazing to be able to walk right out. The balcony off the living room looks straight onto the ocean and we could watch dolphins. Having your own /dryer is priceless. We had an amazing time!

The Condo was in the most ideal location! Good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Winn/Dixi and CVS were also close to walk to as well! The condo was clean, well kept and kitchen well equipped to cook in. The bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! The VIEW of the Gulf - STUNNING! The seating and eating area on the balcony was comfortable and set the stage for a glass of wine and a sunset after a long day at the beach! Pool was nice - on the small side but a small pool is better than no pool. The property grounds were well kept. A very minor detail, but was a first impression - the windows at the entry of the office and in the elevator were smuggey and dirty - that is part of my "OCD" - and this won't keep me from going back. Office Staff was friendly and helpful. We will be booking again!

Loved our stay here and will definitely be coming back. The room was quite spacious, had plenty of fun games and activities for kids, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and the beach was right outside the property so there was no long walks to get there lugging a bunch of stuff. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay.

Great place for a family reunion. Lots of room, great view, fully stocked with everything we needed, will recommend to anyone. Sorry we had to leave a day early because of hurricane.
