Clean, well-kept property. Comfortable beds, plenty of nice towels and other accessories (not the cheap hotel stuff), well stocked, every appliance was spotless and works as it should including a/c. Owners are very accommodating and friendly - kept in touch and had plenty of suggestions on places to eat and see. They know how to personalize your visit. We enjoyed the manicured yard, shade, chairs, and hot tub. Being July, we didn't fire up the fire pit. We didn't pick up on the fact that the master area is downstairs in the redone basement, but it was done wonderfully, and that was assigned to the younger male of the group who navigated the stairs with ease. The stairs have good railing and carpeted, so we all made it down for a movie night in the downstairs living area. I would recommend this property; it is beautiful and has everything you need plus added luxury.

Our stay at the cottage house in Colorado Springs was delightful. The cozy ambiance made it feel like a true home away from home. Its location was ideal, allowing easy access to various parts of the city, which made exploring and enjoying the area incredibly convenient. A standout feature was the freshly baked cookies provided by our hosts—a warm, welcoming touch. The kitchen was fully equipped and very useful, making it easy for us to prepare meals. We appreciated having all the necessary appliances and utensils on hand. The king-size beds in each room were a treat, especially for our two teenagers who thoroughly enjoyed the extra space and comfort. Overall, this cottage provided a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and thoughtful amenities. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Colorado Springs!

This is the perfect home in a great location for all you want and might need while in Colorado Springs. The home was immaculately clean and the attention to detail was evident. Sarah is a great communicator and answered any questions quickly and in detail. We enjoyed the tips and ideas for restaurants and attractions in the area. Neighborhood felt very safe as well. House is extremely well stocked and had everything we could think of. You won’t be disappointed with this property.

Stayed a week for our son’s wedding and this was the perfect property for us. Super clean, well equipped and maintained. The owner obviously takes pride in exceeding expectations and succeded in every eay. From initial booking through check-in to resolving a minor issue caused by my own stupidity, Sarah and her family made this the easiest and most enjoyable rental we have ever experienced. The cottage is so well decorated and furnished our visitor’s jaws would drop whenever they dropped by. The property is well located to the downtown area where our events were held but far enough away to be very quiet and peaceful. The yard is also well maintained and would be a great place to enjoy some al fresco activities. The delicious welcome cookies and fresh flowers were an added bonus. Will definitely book here again the next time we are in the Springs.

This was the most perfect and best short term rental we've ever stayed in before. The house was immaculate, updated and very comfortable. It is located in a very safe and friendly neighborhood that was convenient to all the sights, restaurants and shopping. Every detail was so well thought out and appreciated from the homemade cookies and welcome sign to the comfortable bedding and hot tub. Just perfection. My only regret is that we couldn't have stayed longer.

We were in town for our son’s graduation from college and picked this property for its prime location. The entire stay was excellent. The property was very clean and comfortable and met all our needs. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive to any questions we had and when we needed help with something they went above and beyond. I couldn’t recommend this property and these hosts any more highly. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely rent from them again.

Great location, beautiful property, immaculately clean and fresh, well-stocked kitchen. Great communication from hosts. Only suggestions for improvement would be a gate at the top of the stairs, blackout curtains in the front bedroom that go to the ceiling, additional lighting in bathroooms for makeup application.

The house was spotless and the location was convenient to everything. The hostess was great at communicating and was super welcoming and considerate. The beds are very comfortable, overall just a perfect home. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Cos.

We book a house mostly through VRBO every time we travel. This property is by far the cleanest, well stocked and just cute of any we have rented. Location for us was perfect and we used the hot tub everyday. Best of all was the owner, Sarah. She was so accommodating and responded immediately to any inquires. Would 110% stay here again and again.

We traveled to Colorado Springs for my brother-in-law's surgery. This VRBO home was the perfect place to stay. The hospital is very close (5 minutes) and very helpful for our family. This was our first time as a family to Colorado Springs. We loved staying here-the cutest cottage close to all of our adventures. Our host was amazing, answering all of our questions and giving us great restaurant recommendations. We loved the space we had, relaxed in the hot tub, and would enjoy Netflix after a long day. Our host was very thoughtful and provided essentials we would need. There were delicious cookies made for us when we got there. We will never forget this vacation, and so thankful we stayed here!

Three couples, friends for over fifty years, stayed there for the AFA reunion. We all thought the renovations on this 1928 cottage were the best we had seen. Location was wonderful. the home was exceptionally clean and well provisioned. Sarah was in constant contact in the months leading up to our stay and accommodated our changing schedules without complaint and with all kindnesses. Exceptional stay!

We even received a message on the arrival day the house was ready for an early arrival! From the time we drove into the driveway to a well-manicured lawn to walking in the door to fresh flowers and homemade cookies we were guaranteed a comfortable stay. The house was immaculate, the linens fresh and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was stocked better than any VRBO I have ever stayed to insure you did not have to run to the store immediately. We had a wonderful stay at this charming house. One couple stayed in the basement master and two other single adults stayed in the ground level bedrooms which shared a bath - all bedrooms were very comfortable, spacious and well-appointed. My sisters commented on how well-stocked the bathrooms were as well as the kitchen - down to home-made cookies waiting for us at check-in. The owner was timely in her responses and was eager to make our stay seamless and enjoyable. The house was convenient to the parts of town we visited - Colorado College, Old Colorado City, Garden of the Gods, the Broadmoor and the Pikes Peak Cog Railway station in Manitou Springs. Nothing was further than 10-15 minutes.

This property was the very best we've ever rented! Cleanest, freshest, best decorated, best amenities, and possibly best owners we may ever have the good fortune to work with. Too many older homes still harbor bad odors from 100 years of smoke and bad food smells. Hope to return to Colorado Springs again and definitely will stay with Sarah and Caleb's rental!!

Sarah was an amazing host! The house was incredibly clean, beds very comfortable, and we had more than enough space for our family of 5. Sarah was so good at communicating with us as soon as we booked and even offered to let us check in early as we were getting into town. She was a very gracious host. She knew we had young kids that would need some entertainment and kindly brought toys over for them to play with. She even had homemade cookies waiting for us as soon as we checked in! Would absolutely stay here again if we’re ever back in town!

We traveled in early June to explore the Pikes Peak area for the first time. Sarah made sure the house was perfect in every way and went above and beyond to communicate helpful details such as getting around nearby construction. Recommendations for area restaurants and activities were left for us on the table along with delicious cookies. The house was clean and just as advertised. I would definitely stay here in the future and recommend it to others.

Where do I start? From the time I first inquired about the property, Sarah was incredible. She responded immediately to my questions, offered really good suggestions and was just an amazing host. I contacted her the week of our arrival to ask if we could possibly get in early as our 15 month old grandson needed a nap. Her answer was "of course!". Believe me I never expect early arrival access as I know the houses are usually booked, but she was able to accommodate us and we were so appreciative. I promise you, you will want for NOTHING when you stay with Sarah. We actually tried to find something the house was missing but we could not. The arrival experience, complete with homemade cookies was so thoughtful. The house has everything you could want, even peanut butter! The bedrooms and bathrooms reminded me of a five-star resort. The furnishings were like stepping into a Pottery Barn showroom. The kitchen makes me want to renovate mine! Overall, the kind hospitality we experienced in Colorado Springs will not soon be forgotten. I wish I could give this VRBO more than five stars. Thank you, Sarah!

Our stay was wonderful. The house is beautifully decorated and beds were very comfy. The host is thoughtful in providing all the necessary items to use during the stay and was very prompt in responding to questions we had.
