Great experience staying here. The beach was so close, as were the pool and playground.

We had a lovely time on our summer vacation. The home was neat, clean, updated and had everything we needed. Gerardo was very friendly and checked in with us to ensure our stay was perfect. This is a very short walk to the beach and a couple restaurants, as well as a short drive to so much more. Our two kids enjoyed having their own beds. It was nice that the home came with linens, pillows, bedding and some beach accessories so that we were able to pack a bit more comfortably. We look forward to staying again! We loved staying in the RV community in Sandbridge. Our rental was clean, comfortable and furnished with everything we needed. Access to the beach, the pool and nearby eateries was awesome. Our favorite thing about the property was the expansive and comfortable porch. We really hope to return again, and maybe stay for a full week. :) Gerardo was a pleasure to deal with.

This rental was perfect my family (4 adults). It was comfortable, clean, and the proximity to the beach was awesome! We were able to relax and enjoy our time together on the porch while my husband grilled our dinners. We enjoyed time at the pool and beach. Communication with the owner was excellent! We would definitely stay again!

This was my family’s first vacation and it couldn’t have been any better! It was so nice being so close to the beach, the area was nice and also had a nice pool. Definitely more homey and comfortable than staying in a hotel! I’ll definitely be coming back in the future, thanks so much!

The rental was spotless and in a great location near the pool and beach. The owner was excellent about interacting and responding quickly and with needed info.
My brother is 6'4" so the fan was a bit hazardous for him. I think this is a perfect place for a couple, maybe with a couple of small kids. The porch area was really cute and comfortable for a large gathering! It was perfect for my brother and his wife; we had a separate unit where we stayed. A wonderful time was held by all of us! Thank you for such a pleasant experience.

Inside of property was very clean and nice. Nice, quiet neighborhood, the campground pool was wonderful. Beds comfortable, AC worked great (and it was crazy hot when we were there), ice maker in freezer didn’t work but there was a little counter top ice maker and we bought ice at the store which was fine. Gerardo was very nice and responsive and told us to use any beach equipment that he had. The only complaint I have is the amount of spider webs, spiders and bugs on the outside porch and all the railings. We didn’t even want to sit out on the very lovely porch area because of all of it. A quick cleaning of the porch and railings prior to people staying would be great. Other than that we had a lovely stay.

It was our first visit to Virginia and we really enjoyed the location and ease getting to the beach. We will definitely be back.

We had a lovely time at this site. It was just right for my husband and I. So close to the beach and the front porch was so nice to sit on in the evening. There were a few issues but Gerardo was great and he took care of everything quickly.

The RV/camper was spacious, clean, and perfectly located. Our host, Gerardo, was absolutely incredible. He was super responsive whenever we needed something and even brought over an air pump when one of my tires got low. My wife and I couldn't have asked for a better trip.

This place was perfect for my family of 3 and our dog! It was so conveniently close to the beach! The owner was very quick to respond and was very friendly! The beach in this area was very laid back and relaxed - we were able to have our pup with us on the beach the whole time and we took her to the restaurants with us as well! We definitely plan to stay again!

We stayed because the location met our needs. The property was not professionally cleaned. We were aware that only bed linens would be provided, but linens were only provided for the bed. Would not advise for anyone over 6 feet tall or cannot step up more than a foot to get into the shower. The neighborhood was quiet. Communication with owner was good.

This rental is in an excellent location close to the beach. The write up and pictures are accurate. The owner was very easy to reach for any questions. The front porch overlooking the canal was my favorite place to enjoy morning coffee. My puppies were so happy to come and take long walks around the dog walk area in the neighborhood.

Friendly owner who responded quickly to my messages. Nice location. Bed sheets fresh. Main house areas clean. Kayaks, bicycles, boogie boards, and large innertube free to use during our stay. The only things i did not like were the drawers and storage areas were dirty and had webs so we just didn't use them. There was also stuff, other than the normal appliances, in some of the cabinets. I wasn't sure who left the stuff so i just left it alone.

Perfect little getaway
We have a family of six and this was just right for us. Host is wonderful! One small issue and he took care of it right away. Porch was our favorite! Nice breeze. Location is excellent. Two minute walk to the ocean/beautiful beach, one minute to the inlet/boat ramp. The water/inlet is great for fishing not kayaking. Not very deep at all. Saw lots of wildlife. Community pool was very nice. Neighbors were kind and quiet. Cute playground for younger kids; beach volleyball and jet skis for the older ones. Lots of activities in the area within a short driving distance. Thank you for the experience and your hospitality!!!

Gerardo's place was wonderful for me and my family. He welcomed us and our pups into a beautiful home that was perfect for our stay in Virginia Beach. I hope to visit his home again soon!
