Due to the cold weather, the clothes drying was a issue. Suggest for a clothes dryer in the apartment.

The view and location was great. The home fairly comfortable

Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and was hard to get keys and enter the home as it took some time to contsct the staff

The location and facilities are exceptional, Imali provided everything you needed for a comfortable stay while also showing us around so we knew exactly how to locate the property and use the facilities. The place is very well furnished with everything you need to cook at home for a small family. It is perfectly located with everything you need including food and shopping at your doorstep. A very pleasant stay and would come back here again.

The bedding is a little firm

The location was great, comfy beds also.

I found it not very clean unfortunately. Finger prints were seen to often, hair was found in places that it was visible to be clean. Bath mats were too small for showers that aren’t completely sealed when showering. Four towels for use of pool and showering seemed very strange. We got locked in the lift as we weren’t given clear instructions on how to use the keys. I think all instructions should have been on a card and not via text - communication not so great, we weren’t even sure if we could enter via an entrance or the only way out was the car park.
