Bed didn't sleep comfortably need better mattress...

Location and condo were great

WiFi and internet was terrible. Calls wouldn’t go through or were cut off while in the building. Same thing if not worse while on the balcony. We literally had to go down on the beach to get internet, download, and make phone calls. Also, we were all stuffed up and congested so we checked the air filter. It was disgusting and It hasn’t been changed in over year or so by the looks of it. Even mold in it.

Plenty of room. Assigned parking spaces are great.

There was nothing we didn’t like other than the bed pillows. We went and bought new ones. 😊

The place was so clean, cozy and easy access to the beach.

I was not pleased with the fact we were unable to use the porch (appears the screen door was permanently latched shut). Would have appreciated if this was disclosed prior to visit.

Our condo was VERY out of date and DIRTY! there were stains all over the rug, crumbs on the counters and nightstand, the blinds were falling apart, the blankets were dirty, furniture falling apart. VERY disappointed. The condo looked nothing like the pictures online! BEWARE of Vacasa realty management,. You would think they would do periodic inspections of the properties they manage and have standards for their properties. I feel I was suckered in by a bait and switch with the pictures on line. The actual rent was not bad but they add so many fees and 148 dollar cleaning fee (we were only there 2 nights) that our price more than doubled.

It’s spacious

It had a stall smell. None of the TVs were working. Dishes were shameful.
