Overall it was a nice stay and Mike and Natalia were always available but there is no a/c so it was extremely hot. More recommended for the winter months.

Location was amazing, make sure you eat breakfast at the bagel shop down the street. So close to everything we wanted to do. The property was very nice but honestly were only slept there! Great choice.

Nice home close to the entrance to the ski resort. We went in the summertime, so we enjoyed the hot tub and the grill. We also used the indoor fireplace at night time. Comfy beds and clean home.

Great host! That house was very clean and the views of the mountain were great. We enjoyed using the fireplace each night. House was very close to the mountain perfect gateway.

This beautiful winter vacation home is just as advertised. Perfect location within a few minutes of Hunter Mountain, with a gorgeous view of the mountain from the home. It is extremely well maintained. It is very clean with all the necessary amenities. Relaxing in the hot tub was a hit! We highly recommend this property if you're thinking of spending a few days or more near Hunter Mountain!

This villa was spacious clean and cozy! The deck is nice and big with a beautiful mountain view. The beds are very comfortable. The owner was extremely helpful and nice!

Beautiful Catskills Getaway
Natalia and Mike went out of their way to ensure a comfortable and fun getaway for our 3 families. The home is nicely renovated, clean, big enough to spread out, yet open concept so we can be together for dining, games or watching a movie. The hot tub was a bonus! It is a short 15-20 min drive to the Kaaterskill Falls, and plenty of hiking. Unfortunately the quaint little main town was pretty quiet and partly closed down, I imagine still due to Covid.

The property was clean, and we were grateful that the owners put in an A/C unit, because it was extremely hot when we were there (apparently this is not typical Catskills weather, but it may be more so in the future with climate change).
The location is also great. There is a Tops grocery store within a 5 min drive and a bagel place and small market within walking distance, at the end of the road. The house is also very close to the ski hill; you have a great view of the mountain from the main window!
Our only small issues with the place were that the beds in the main bedrooms are small for two adults, and you have to bring your own towels for the hot tub, which is a bit inconvenient.
Overall, though, the house was very guest ready, easy to access, and made for a nice getaway!

Lovely Getaway
The property was perfect for a long weekend stay for my family of 5. The house was very clean and fully stocked. The view from the porch is lovely and calming, as is the neighborhood. The house is situated within a close drive to several other towns with a never-ending list of hiking spots nearby. Great mountain retreat!
