We spent several weeks at the end of 2011 and the beginning of 2012 at Carl's appartment in West End Bay and loved it. Well appointed appartement, beautiful beach, very calm and close to some local life and animals. We were close enough to walk to beach. Malitta, in charge of maintenance, was also lovely and very helpful. Carl was also always there to help. We loved it and hope to be back next year.

There is always a certain amount of uneasiness when you book lodging over the Internet---you will not be disappointed choosing WestEnd Apts. My daughter and I spent ten glorious days here. The accommodations were perfect. The location is nestled in the West End of the island where you are near great restaurants and fabulous beaches. The apartments were spacious and well appointed. We had everything we needed. Carl and his staff were accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed.

We absolutely LOVED Anguilla and West End Bay Apartments. Carl was so easy to deal with and Malita was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. We rented a 1 bedroom for 1 week and a second bedroom for the second week. We also rented a vehicle from Carl. It was so EASY. The trip was PERFECT!!! Also, the people of Anguilla were very friendly. WHEN we return to Anguilla we will DEFINITELY stay at West End Bay Apartments!! I recently just spent the best relaxing vacation at these Apartments in Anquilla. The accommodation's had everything one needs for an excellent vacation. The location was so close to the most perfect beach only footsteps away. Our host picked us up at the blowing point ferry, and provided us with a most memorable vacation. We are excited to say. We will be back next year and the year after.

nice and modern rooms, comfortably furnished, very well equippped for holidays or longterm stays, daily maid service, very clean, calm setting, very close to my favorite beach, short drive to the islands best restaurants, best value for money, you definitely need a car. i would recommend it to anybody who is looking for a private atmosphere accomodation not willing to spend his/her time and money in a hotel.

Absolutely fantastic experience. The facilities are truly first class with terrific amenities. The daily maid service really put things on a level which one would pay twice or three times the rate. Location is a plus. Quiet yet very accessable to all the island features on the West End.

My first stay at the West End Bay Hotel/Apartments came as a pleasant surprise. My husband and I were looking for an affordable place which was removed from the resort areas of the island, yet had a sophisticated feel. All this, while being on a modest budget. To my surprise, I came across West End Bay and decided to send a quick message to the owner(s). The response time was quick, and we packed our bags for the weekend. Upon arriving in Anguilla we drove to West End in search of our accomodations. When we got to the location a lady assisted us. The units are gorgeous! The 'apartments' are literally fully equipped with a huge kitchen and GE appliances. There is also a washing area with GE washer and dryer. If you want serene surroundings with the convenience of restaurants and beaches within minutes' drive, five star hotel finishes and friendly staff, I would recommend staying at West End Bay Apartments.

The owner's description of West End Bay is accurate: quality-built, clean and located in a quiet part of the island. It is nicely located near restaurants & beaches. Our unit had a tv in ea. bedroom & one in the living room. Ea b.r. has it's own bathroom. The wireless internet signal was excellent...stronger than ours at home. The kitchen phone lets you call back to the US for free. From our top-floor unit we had direct views of St. Martin and sunset views to the west. Owner, Carl Irish, was very accomodating as was Malita, the housekeeping lady. We were sometimes slow getting around in the morning and she never forced us to get going so she could clean. She worked around our schedule. My wife & I have stayed at more than 15 resorts & villas on Anguilla. When you judge them on quality, location and cost, West End Bay takes a back seat to no one. My family and I vacation in St. Maarten every February to escape the winter blues. It wasn’t until recently, that I decided to experience the “magical” island of Anguilla for the initial portion of my retreat. I found the West End Bay Apartments advertised on VBRO and began my research. After exploring all available options, I decided to contact the owner of the property, Carl Irish. Carl immediately responded to each and every question/concern I had regarding my stay and easily convinced me that his recently renovated property was the place to reside. We arrived in Anguilla by boat on Wednesday afternoon and as promised; Carl was waiting for my fiancé and I at Blowing Point with a taxi that promptly drove us to the West End Bay Apartments. Upon arrival, he courteously escorted us to our third floor unit which was beautifully appointed, with imported 2’ x 2’ marble tile, Silestone kitchen counter-tops, dark wood cabinets, stylish rattan furniture in the dining/living room, patio doors leading to a private terrace (with a view of the ocean and St Maarten in the distance) and a spacious master bedroom with a massive walk-in closet. The apartment/condo had a fully equipped and nicely designed kitchen, two flat screen TV’s, free calling to anywhere in the US and Canada, free wireless internet, central air conditioning, a spacious bathroom and a brand new, full size washer/dryer. Needless to say, I immediately knew I had made the right decision and was extremely impressed by Carl’s attention to detail and “eager to please” personality. The island of Anguilla is by far the most serene, safe and exotic island in the Caribbean. The beaches are stunning, restaurants are remarkable and the natives are friendly, helpful and welcoming! If you love exotic beaches, water sports, magnificent sunsets and fabulous food, Anguilla is the place for you. If you want to stay at an attractive, well kept property for the best value on the island, then look no further and book the West End Bay Apartments! I am already searching for flights and plan to return in April. Thank you Carl, for being such a wonderful host. I look forward to seeing you again soon!

Mish and I had the pleasure of staying a weekend at the West End Bay and was quite impressed at the modern and upscale amenities and the comfort that it has to offer. West End Bay caters to the family, business travellers and vacationers. It's location gives you an excellent view of the ocean, the island of St Maarten, a few minutes walk to pristine beaches and peace and tranquility. I would recommend anyone considering a visit to Anguilla to DEFINTELY make West End Bay an option so you too can enjoy and have your own personal experience.

I have been coming to Anguilla for the past 4 years. I have stayed at almost every hotel/resort on the island. This location is by far the most comfortable, clean, modern environment that I have found. I am able to let work go, or do some if needed. I have had the internet, phone, movies, tv, ac, and more. This is the place to stay on Anguilla. Beautiful place as well

I had the pleasure of staying at West End Bay, which immediately becomes a home away from home stay. Why, because its a beautiful space, that feels like a condo apartment that has all the trappings, full kitchen, excellent central A/C, beautiful marble floors, glass windows and doors which gives way to amazing panaramic views of the beaches and landscape of wide open caribbean space. This location is situated five minutes to a stunning beach, great french restaurant by the water and you can either drive or walk to the beach. Other amenities of West End Bay which I found over the top includes a brand new set of Washer/Dryer in its own laundry room and while you wait you can take in a lovely view of another lovely beach area. The bedroom has beautiful furnishings includes comfortable King size bed with oak furniture, flat screen TV, dresser, walk in closet, writer's desk and adjoining master bathroom with shower and window views of the beach, and a set of french doors opening to the terrace area. There is also a elevator, although the space I stayed at was just three flights up, along with free parking and the location is right off the main road that leads back to great restaurants, beach bars, the airport or ferry is all within a 15 minute drive away. Did I mention, there is also daily housekeeping services, and they will take any requests including food shopping. I intend to return to this paradise place, I call home away from home!

I have been traveling to Anguilla for business the past three (3) years, and I have always had problems finding a Villa/Apartment located close to the beach area and still be close to the island business center in The Valley. West End Bay Suites was the best place I found which is so close to the islands best restaurants and still very close to the business center of the island. The villa/apt. offers a peaceful setting, with beautiful views and stylish decor which set the stage for a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and romance. The hotel even has an elevator for easy access to your apartment, which for me was on the third (3) floor. The villa/apt. have a great wireless internet service and cable TV which is a must while business traveling to keep up with the world. I usually disconnect from the daily stress every evening as i drink some wine, smoke a good cigar while admiring the late sunsets from the balcony of the villa. Its truly an experience to enjoy while in Anguilla.
