Glad we were able to celebrate Thanksgiving with our son...who is serving in the Navy close by. This condo was in the perfect location, on the beach and walking to town with welcoming shops and restaurants. There was plenty of space for us and a new kitchen, which made cooking very easy. Can't wait to return!

So enjoyable to fall asleep and wake up to the ocean sounds. Close to bars and restaurants.

Our condo was clean and nicely furnished. Thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony with plenty of seating/table and excellent beachfront views. Short walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. There is only one fob to access beach and parking lot. We were a party of four and could not freely come and go.

Nice getaway with friends. Traveling with 2 other couples. Condo was spacious and we did not feel cramped with 6 adults. Plus everyone had their own bathroom. Excellent location, walkable to all shopping, restaurants, bars in Folly. Only negative, was 1 elevator for the condos… and it got a little busy with everyone checking out at the same time. Luckily this unit was on the first floor with easy access to the stairs.

Property was very convenient to pool gate access to the beach. Great access to Intown as well.

The condo was in a great location on Folly Beach, close to the main drag with the shops/restaurants. It was also a great location within the building - easy to access on the 1st floor. Condo was well-appointed and people within our group commented about the quality of the furnishings. No issues to report over the course of our stay and we would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. Condo was clean, parking was easy. Walking distance to downtown was nice. Balcony was right over beach for great sunrises.

After living in the Charleston area years ago I never went to Folly Beach. We decided to come here for Christmas and so glad we did. The condo was amazing and only steps from the beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. Will definitely come again.

Second year on James Island for a soccer tournament. Our Villa was excellent, clean and well equipped. Very comfortable. We had a problem logging on to the internet with the provided password. We just used our phones as hot spots.

1st time to Folly Beach and we were not disappointed. Great place and wonderful location.

The location was great, the condo was nice. The only bad was caring around key fobs in order to park, go to beach, or get in pool. Ac would not go below 71 without a special code. Each tv had four remotes. The first date getting ahold of property management was good but as the days went on, I had to leave messages with no return call or was told to go to supply closet between to rooms and none there. Dunes would text me about my stay or when I was checking out but never once responded to my text to them. Parking passes expired on Saturday even though we stayed till Monday but know one could help with these until Sunday.

The property was great and very convenient. No real pantry/cabinet available for food. It made it hard to cook with grocery items all over the counters .

Property group needs to communicate with pool service that the pool tiles are very dirty with black scum almost covering the blue tiles. Pool water was clean and clear.

The condo was a great fit for our family of 7. It has an amazing location in the complex at the south end with easy access to the beach entry gate and overlooks the pool. Beautiful ocean view with lots of seating on the patio. Based on how the condo is positioned you can not see the pier or the sunrises from the patio and have to physically go out onto the beach to see both, but well worth the early morning walks to catch the sunrises (gorgeous). The condo has all of the amenities. Bathrooms and kitchen are all newly redone and very clean. The kitchen has everything you could ever need. Appliances are all very new and well kept. The kitchen actually has too many things (cabinets could use a good purge and organization). There is little room in the cabinets or drawers for pantry items if you go grocery shopping. Outside of that the place was perfect with great drawer and closet space in each of the bedrooms. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance (Rita's, Loggerhead's, Snapper Jack's, Washout, Woody's Pizza). We parked our cars when we arrived on Saturday and didn't need to drive anywhere again until we left the following Saturday. There are grocery/shopping carts in the complex garage that make unloading and loading up your car very easy. We used Harris Teeter grocery delivery and the service was amazing so didn't even need to go to a grocery store. You can select your delivery date/time 7 days in advance and time slots go fast. Great experience and great location for our first trip to Folly.

My husband & I really enjoyed our trip to Folly beach & staying here in this lovely condo. We loved sitting on the balcony with our coffee in the morning & our wine at night - beautiful views & sunsets ! We had everything we needed & all was very clean . A wonderful, fun & relaxing stay .

The complex is right on the beach and our unit 123 was right above the pool. Convenient steps to garage/pool/beach access was steps from our door, and the elevator very close also. The grocery carts provided were helpful with transporting luggage, groceries, beach gear or whatever! The unit was clean. Lots of bath towels provided, bar soap in each bathroom (large enough to last all week). Also provided toilet paper rolls, a roll of paper towels, a couple single laundry packets, small dishwash soap (again, more than enough for the week) hair dryers in each bathroom. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, glasses, etc. Almost too much (probably 50 random plates and 25 mugs) :-) Kitchen appliances are fairly new and clean. No spices or anything like that for cooking - you'll need to purchase your own. Tons of DVD movies and books and magazines - all very dated. Really no need for them, it almost seemed like clutter. The town of Folly Beach was fun - but as the weekend approached it was full of bacholor/bachelorette parties and intoxicated people. Didn't enjoy that so much. The nightime music from Loggerhead's could be heard in our unit, but they always quit by 11 p.m. or so. Our beach gear from VayK Gear wasn't at our unit upon arrival, and we didn't get it until the next afternoon. Apparently it was left in a "undisclosed location" that dispite the picture they sent us with our order, even their staff couldn't locate it! Our replacement equipment arrived later the next afternoon. That was frustrating, but had nothing to do with the complex/unit. Baby's Away rental did a great job. The crib/high chair, stroller, etc. were in the unit upon arrival. Overall - a great experience!
