Great week spent at this well-appointed vacation rental. Booking, check-in and check-out process was simple and John was very helpful. The lovely house is in a nice location with lots of amenities and plenty of space for the family. Thanks for a great vacation week!

This property was PERFECT! Close to the boardwalk that my teenagers could enjoy in the evenings, and close to the beach that walking with a baby was a breeze. John, and his sons took excellent care of us throughout the week. We loved it!

When we went there my friends got out of the car and started to bring things inside and the neighbors came over and decided to be very racist and said I know your type and said I’ll get handcuffs put on you, following that after we called the host of the house he went and talked to them and was discriminating against us as well we felt very harassed and unsafe because the owner can just walk in a 1am and wake us up for no reason what so ever. He made the check in very very difficult and long for us and due to that we missed a whole night at the beach and until 1pm the next day because he said he’s going to come back to check in on us. He said if you want to leave I will let you know in a couple of days how much of a refund I can give you but it’s going to cut out fees. My grandmother was with us as well and he said that she can’t look after us (we are all 20+ by the way) he was discriminating by age against her because she was 65 he said we have a minimum one of 35 for all people staying and when we asked written proof or where it says that he refused to provide that. He was giving us a attitude the whole time and telling us about how many properties he owns, we were there for 2 nights and I would recommend staying at a hotel or any other place besides this one we felt very unsafe with the cameras and constantly him coming to check up on us like we were children and the neighbors taking pictures of us when we go in and out of the house I had to drive 3 hours to drop my grandmother off because he didn’t want her there and then 3 hours back to the house at that point I could have just stayed at home and drove back and forth to the beach
