Clean, lovely decor, beautiful view of sunrise and sunset. Appreciate all of the extra amenities. (Shampoo, hand soap, Kleenex, etc) Didn’t mind stripping the beds but laundry should be part of housekeeping charge. Would love to come back!

Everything was perfect. Nice kitchen items. The view was perfect! The building was clean. We really enjoyed our visit.

So many extra little things that Reba includes in your condo. Hand soap, beach towels, beach chairs. Reba also responds very quickly to any questions. The beds were comfy and we saw dolphins every day while sitting in our balcony. Thank you Reba!

This condo exceeded all of our expectations! Kitchen to bathroom, well stocked with all your needs. I have stayed in this area many times, this condo has far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful beach home with incredible views of the beach and the inter coastal. Has everything you could want! The beds and living room furnishings are super comfy. Communication with Reba was easy and she was very responsive when we arrived later than expected. Definitely will return again!

We booked this based on glowing reviews both for Van Lee property and this unit in particular. Pics and description accurate. Surprised how well we could hear the surf from 11th floor. Unit was spotless when we arrived, including balcony furniture. West facing balcony is a bonus in addition to OF balcony.

This was our first family vacation to Florida. I brought my two adult sons, my adult daughter and both my granddaughters. We we're all amazed at our accommodations. The condo looked exactly like it looked online when I booked it. The views of the ocean were breathtaking. We met a lot of really wonderful people while we stayed. This is definitely one of the most memorable moments we've all shared together. We couldn't have asked for better. The condo was perfect for us and was beautiful! We're so grateful to have had this opportunity. Reba, the host was friendly and offered to assist us with anything we needed. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could possibly want in the kitchen. There were lots of beach towels and blankets and bath towels. All you have to do is pack your clothes that's it. I highly recommend this condo at Ormond Beach Florida. Our vacation was perfect! We stayed October 3rd till the 8th 2023.

This condo is perfect for a relaxing beach getaway...even when it rains and you don't get to the beach. The views off the balcony are serene and the the high top chairs near the front door to enjoy views of the Halifax and sunset are a bonus. The only issue we had was getting all of the TV remotes to work, wasn't a big enough deal for us though. We would come stay again.

We had such an amazing trip! The condo is beautiful and stocked with everything you could possibly need! Reba is so thoughtful and takes such good care of the guests! We got detailed emails prior to arrival and texts making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. I caught a little bug and they were kind enough to allow us the option to extend our stay so would have time to recuperate before traveling home! It really was like staying with family. The location is quiet and beautiful and perfect for relaxing! I will definitely be booking a stay here again in the near future!

The condo is exactly as pictured. Beautiful, serene, and with views that can't be beat. We had everything we needed from beach chairs to kitchen supplies. Reba was a dream to work with. Would absolutely stay here again.

I recommend if you are looking for perfect place to stay in Ormond Beach to look at this property . Location is perfect, and view from balconies are amazing. Beach not as crowded as some spots. The condo was very clean and well maintained.All the amenity for condo was very well keep up and clean.There is a grocery store and Dunkin Donut in walking distance of the condo or short drive.The owner of unit was very friendly and stayed InTouch to see if we needed anything or if everything was as expected.I would Highly recommend the unit for your vacation.

We loved the building so much, we stayed two years in a row. This unit won't disappoint. The unit is clean an comfortable and Reba is great.

Our 20th anniversary trip was just perfect. This condo has literally everything you need. I had asked if there was a cooler with the property so that we could take one on the beach. Reba replied that she would have one there and, sure enough, there it was when we arrived! The condo, the view, the balcony, everything is just fantastic. My wife and I can't wait to come back!

The condo is spacious, comfortable and very clean. The view from the balcony is amazing! Lots of sea turtle nests, fascinating. The beach chairs, beach towels and umbrella were greatly appreciated. We would return!

We celebrated my daughter’s college graduation over the weekend and it was absolutely perfect. This is our 2nd time staying here and highly recommend it. The condo is elegantly decorated and so family friendly. Reba is always available and offering help if needed. Can’t wait for next time.

The views from the balcony were what this unit is about! The access to the beach and being away from the crowds made this "work" trip enjoyable. See you next year!

We have stayed at this location before and as usual it's always above expectation. The location is a beautiful beach area with restaurants and stores in walking distance.

My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and Valentine's Day. The condo was amazing!! Right on the ocean. Reba had every single detail in order to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A true home away from home. Location is amazing. Restaurants and shops near. We are definitely coming back!

Beautiful, well-equipped condo in nice location. Definitely recommend for 2 -4 people. Building is right on the beach and has a nice pool.

We stayed over Christmas break and everything was perfect despite the cooler than usual weather. The unit was clean, had everything we needed, and the property manager was very accommodating. The views at sunrise and sunset were stunning. It's a really nice area with good restaurants a short drive away. We didn't want to leave.
