Close to the beach

Close to beach, dog friendly,. Watch dishes, found 2 in cabinet that were dirty, both glasses. Needs bore kitchen towels. Home was clean, older style ranch, quiet, close to water, great for the guest we had for dinner and card play. Would rent again.

I came to Ormond Beach with my husband, two teen daughters and our two dogs. The house is so cute! There’s plants of room for everyone and it has everything you need. The outside shower is awesome. It’s not your run of the mill rinse off shower like at a pool, it actually has hot and cold water. The backyard is really pretty and perfect for dogs. The walk to the beach is so short! We loved the neighborhood and how close everything is. Daytona is down the street and we went to St Augustine one night for dinner and a tour of the city. Kristen is amazing and she’s great at communicating with you. She puts you at ease, and explained everything. We had so much fun and will definitely come back!

We really enjoyed our stay. House was clean and well stocked. The outside shower was perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Location was awesome!! Would definitely stay here again!!

Perfect spot for a long weekend with family. Short walk to the beach. Play ground walking distance also. Wonderful neighborhood and our pups enjoyed the fenced yard. The whole family enjoyed the outdoor shower! The house had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.

You will not find a better value in the greater Daytona Beach area. My wife commented many times about the amenities and how this unit is truly like a home away from home. A very short walk to the beach and convenience store. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Grilling and enjoying the ocean breeze from the back deck was the perfect way to end each day. I much prefer this location to the six or seven others where I’ve stayed on my visits. The hosts were so prompt to respond to questions and accommodating.

We really loved staying here with our family, friends and fur babies. The home is very well equipped, comfortable and in a great location.The outdoor shower was one of our favorite amenities and the pups enjoyed the fenced backyard. The owners have done an exceptional job with the property and we will definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The house is charming, clean, and in the perfect location. Contact with the property owner is easy and they are very quick to respond. Will gladly return anytime when in Florida. Highly recommend this home.

Easy experience

We found the home to be very clean and comfortable. We were busy during our visit but found time to have a cozy evening in and watch movies and enjoy the home. The location is great and close to many of the key places that Ormond has to offer. I would highly recommend this home for anyone looking for an easy and comfortable experience. Spacious, nice fenced in yard for your pet. Fully stocked kitchen, baths, washer/dryer provided along with everything you need to go to the beach. Walking distance to Ormond Beach & many restaurants.

This place was very beautiful and had a wonderful location. The owner was super helpful and pleasant. The place was in a very nice neighborhood. It is very spacious and clean. Perfect house.

My friends and I had a wonderful experience renting this house for Memorial Day weekend! Kristen was a great host even from my first interactions with her when I messaged her to ask about the third bedroom. She was extremely responsive and detailed, and the place was exactly as described: 3 good-sized bedrooms with a king bed, queen bed, and 2 doubles. The house had everything we needed, and we really loved the fenced in backyard that our 2 mini Australian Shepherds enjoyed. The grill had a full propane tank before we arrived, and the kitchen was well stocked with essentials. The house is located in a little neighborhood barely 2 blocks from Ormond Beach, and pretty close to some restaurants and bars nearby (awesome live music and food/drinks at Riptides!). We felt very safe walking the entire weekend. Checking in and out was super easy, with very detailed instructions left in the house. Thank you Kristen for a great holiday weekend for me and my friends!
