Everything was great! The home was perfect for our family everyone had their own space and the children loved the pool! Transportation was provided to and from beach, shopping and restaurants. Wonderful experience

13 of us enjoyed the week on HHI. The house & pool were clean. The only thing is that another set of sheets should be provided for people sleeping on the sofa. Pillow could be updated as some of us had to make a run to Sams . But overall nice home. We probably won’t rent this particular house again as the kitchen was too small.

The house was very clean and nice but there was no broom to clean up sand and spills. Also we could not use the television in one of the rooms because the remote was broken. Called and messaged with Vacasa and they assured me that a local team was working on it but nothing ever happened and no one contacted me at any point to apologize for their poor response. Thankfully these were minor issues but customer service could have been better.

The house was very spacious and relaxing. The space was very adequate for our family of 10. We celebrated my mother’s 80th with dinner out “Wise Guys” was great and back home with stories and laughs. We were able to relax after my daughter’s graduation ceremony at USCB. We enjoyed the pool and walking down to the beach.

Four couples - adult kids- the house was perfectly accommodating.

The house is ok but we encountered a number of issues. First, the cleaning crew arrived at 4 pm when we were to check in and we sat in our car in 95 degree weather waiting for an hour to get in. I called about the issue, was told I would get a return call but never did. It was clear the cleaning crew did a rushed job since the floors were dirty and we found candy and other wrappers all over the house. In addition, the pool was dirty on arrival (eventually cleaned though) and the internet and cable did not work well at all (cable guy came and fixed cable but internet was awful the whole time). Lastly, the garbage was not picked up and there were maggots all around the trash. When we told the “house manager” about it when she came while the cable guy was there, she said “this is not my area”. The house does have a decent layout but was overpriced for what it was (I’ve stayed in nicer places for less money). But the issues were disappointing to say the least. As was the total lack of response to our complaints.

A super house for large family - 15 but 34 for dinner. Plenty of room and a kitchen that anticipated every need. So good we are in the midst of planning our 2023 Thanksgiving here!

The layout of the house is perfect with multiple big bedrooms and plenty of space for multiple families to spread out. There are only a few things missing from being 5 star. 1) grill was dirty and propane despot being told it was gas. That said they were trying to convert it but the lack of cleaning led to a bunch of grease and issues. The bedroom above th garage and the garage have an odor of sweat and dampness. We alerted via email but never got a response. There are no beach towels which is a big miss for a house with a pool and near the beach. The overall property was very nice and comfortable 4.5 stars

This conveniently located and well appointed home worked out exceptionally well for our family vacation of 9 adults and a small infant. The layout was well suited for function and relaxation. Located centrally within Palmetto Dunes, there was only a short way to go to the beach and tennis/pickle ball center. We especially enjoyed the privacy of the backyard and the pool. Having two refrigerators was a plus. The property managers were responsive to the couple of issues we had. Look forward to going back!

Great house with lots of room for our 6 adults and 4 children. Loved the location....we were able to walk or bike to the beach. House was clean and well equipped. We would definitely stay here again if we returned to the are!! Thank you.

The house is really spacious and comfortable. There were 6 adults, four children and we had plenty of room. The kitchen is well stocked and plenty of bath towels. It was a little chilly at night so we could have used a few extra blankets. The pool was fabulous and the extra refrigerator in the garage was a huge plus. I would definitely recommend.

The location is almost perfect for our group - quite, tree lined & well designed neighborhood with good privacy even though houses are next to each other, walking distance to beach & private tennis court (2 free hours/day), nice bike trail right in front, short drive or biking distance to community public tennis courts (free & well maintained). The house itself is big enough to accommodate at least 12, while a bit disorganized, kitchen has enough pots & pans, cups & glasses, plates & bowls, etc but no salt/pepper/cooking oil etc though, groceries is just a short bike distance away. Bedding could be better, bathrooms are clean enough, we had a small issue with toilet, it was fixed quickly by management. Driveway is big enough to park 5, garage is on small side (can’t fit a pickup) especially it also houses a spare full-size fridge (which was highly appreciated!). Overall a very pleasant stay & everyone is quite happy with this choice

Our entire family (9 adults, 3 children) stayed over Thanksgiving week. This is a biennial tradition. We all enjoyed the pool (heated), proximity to the beach, spaciousness of the home and bike riding in the surrounding neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting! My grown children & their tiny tots came from all over the USA. Such a great reunion for us since not able to visit with each other during prevaccine pandemic. The home offered all the amenities we needed. The pictures were exactly as we found this lovely house! Easy check in & checkout. Thank you for a memorable vacation!

Great location. Plenty of beds and baths. Only one refrigerator. Bring a big cooler to keep drinks cold for use at home.
