The property was just as described and I'm very clean up on arrival. Communication with the rental company was highly responsive and polite. It was great having a pool on site and being within driving distance of several activities and close to the airport. Highly recommend!

If I could give this 10 stars I would!! The house was amazing! Super clean, cozy and everything you needed! The backyard was perfect with the beautiful pool, lounge chairs and seating area. We spent quite a bit of time out there! Super close to downtown Tampa (we were there for a conference) and lots of great places to eat nearby. We ended up booking this last minute due to an issue with our first rental through another company, and Mark and his team were quick and accommodating! They helped us get settled within 1 hour of booking and were amazing throughout our entire stay. We have used air bnb numerous times and this was by far our best experience. I highly recommend!

Just what we needed in Tampa, hope to stay here again. Clean, really comfortable bed, good attention to extras like extra towels, quality bedding, coffee, nice dinnerware, supplies... Pool and spa was a bonus, was very cold weather when we were there, so didn't use as much as we wanted, but it is heated. Liked the convertable table in the dining area for pool and ping pong, great idea or those rains showers in Florida. Communication with managers was very prompt when I had questions, definitely will rent from this company in the future.

This was a great stay. The host and place were super squared away, beyond expectations. Someone took the time to think of everything that a guest would need, and delivered many times over. This host knows the hospitality business, and puts the emphasis on hospitality. Perfect place for a family, especially a military family visiting . We felt right at home upon entry, and the host was not only responsive, but proactive. Five star experience hands down!

Beautiful home in a great Neighborhood. Very quite and peaceful! The home was spotless and had everything we needed during our stay. The host was on point, it was like if I was texting a close friend that's how fast they responded. Loved the area and was nearby everything. If we ever decide to come back to visit Tampa we know where we will be staying.

Beautiful property. Very modern and cozy. The pool/ jacuzzi were nice and warm. Interiors nice and clean. TV with Netflix was a plus! Aline and Mark are the best hosts. Always responding to all of our questions fast! Quiet neighborhood and only a few miles away from major expressways and downtown Tampa. The ride around Tampa Bay was a plus! This was such a little gem. The place was tastefully decorated and was filled with special touches from the host. The place is exactly like the pictures. We loved the location and private pool.

Had a great stay. The only thing was a misread on my part. There is no hot tub just a spa, but it was still very relaxing and a great stay for the family.

Great house! It was a quiet location, which was much appreciated. Great to unwind after exploring Tampa. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. So many great amenities to make the stay wonderful. They provided everything you would need - plenty of towels, kitchen utensils and appliances, etc. 10/10!

The house, pool, and spa are clean. There are plenty of personal and beach towels provided. Daily essentials are also provided. Including plenty of dishes, glasses, Tupperware, silverware, pots and pans. The neighborhood is quiet and within walking distance to a park. The host responds promptly and is easy to communicate with.

This house was absolutely adorable. The pool was heated and they provided floaters. The host had ocean music playing when we first arrived.

My family and I had a great stay for our family vacation. The house has perfect amenities for entertaining a group. Whether you’re out and about for the day or staying in, I’m sure you’ll be able to find something fun to do. Between the salt water pool, grill, games, and pool/ping pong table combo we had an AMAZING time. The house was clean and decorated beautifully. I highly recommend staying here.

This was a great place to stay! We had five people - two adults and three kids (one of which is a baby) and we all had a great time, even the baby! When we first walked in, it was nice to have such a calming greeting with the music and scenery images that were on the TV. That was a great touch and it added to the vacation vibes we were eagerly seeking. There were PLENTY of towels, both for showers and the pool and there were plenty of cooking tools to use in the kitchen for our meals. There was a washer and dryer that helped so much with dirty clothes/towels too. The pool was a little too warm when we arrived, but we got in touch with Mark & Aline and they were happy to turn the temp down for us to enjoy it. There were also pool floats available that came in handy. Mark and Aline had great communication and stayed on top of everything while hosting us. We had a great vacation here and hope to come back again one day!
