The hotel is clean, modern and very comfortable. Great location with the ability to walk to many nearby restaurants and shops. We had a family room which was very comfortable for us. Comfortable beds, well lit rooms and bathroom had plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Easy access to the basement storage area to keep our ski and snowboarding equipment. Excellent staff who responded quickly to WhatsApp messages and helped us book restaurant reservations and offered sightseeing suggestions. The hotel group has shuttle services to many destinations- you just need to book them as they can fill up quickly.

I wish the coffee at breakfast was better! But other than that, no complaints.

We liked everything about this property, the room was a great sized a comfortably housed 4 adults and their luggage. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The showering area in the room was huge !

Food and service was very disappointing. The general manager and the reception staff were all very good, and did their best. The Kitchen and restaurant staff were very inexperienced and the quality was poor. For the price we paid it was very disappointing.

Location is perfect for hiking. Neighborhood is so nice and quiet with some good local restaurants and bus terminal is near. Breakfast is super! So delicious and looks beautiful. Hot spring is good enough to heal my fatigue after hiking. Staff is so nice and everything is so clean.

No complaint except small windows of the room for the beautiful view of mountains.

It was new, spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff there is super friendly and helpful. We are so glad to have Joe and Joey to help us upon our arrival. They gave us many great tips and advice to spend our time in Hakuba and they even helped us to book everything. Feels like at home in this hotel and our kids said this is the best hotel ever in our 11 days trip in Japan. Breakfast is fantastic and worth the price! Thanks Hiro for cooking for us and Laura for the suggestions of site seeing. We will be back again!!

Very nice rooms in the heart of Hakuba. Easy to walk everywhere. Outstanding international style breakfast. Good new Onsen baths with sauna.

we loved it here. they looked after us with a great room and boy was it luxurious. we loved the brekkie, it was so nice. the view out to the mountains amazing. hakuba so nice! staff are all delightful. 5 stars for sure, great place and we will be back I am sure.

The property was managed by a group of multinational and multilingual youngsters! And you can contact the front desk via WhatsApp or Line should you want to ask any question. They reply pretty quickly! There’s a password to the Onsen too so privacy is good.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is modern and clean. It has a nice onsen, great bar/restaurant, ski equipment rentals next door and close to Happo One resort. The staff provided transportation for me and my daughter to and from the ski resort. We had a great time here.

Staffs who served us for breakfast have service mind. My family are impressed them every morning.

The price is quite high in term of the quality. There is no one at the reception for most of the time and the onsen seems like water.

Breakfast was awesome!!!! Hotel is cosy and has all the amenities you’ll need like ski storage in the basement, washing machine/dryer, water on every floor. Walking distance to Spicy Rentals and lot’s of restaurants.

We have been enjoying traditional Japanese breakfasts at other places we've visited but their breakfast was western style. We loved it and the variety was great but would like to see more Japanese food offerings included as well.
