The room was very good, the stay was very comfortable.

the kitchen it’s fully equipped and very nice, we freely cooked our meals without any disturbances.

Kitchen lacking quite some things, eg. there were only 2 forks for all guests and no bread knife. The walls were really thin and the floor between the upstairs rooms and our downstairs room very creaky.

tv not working, dishes in the kitche not clean, the room is very small, not a table to put things on, just a small wardrobe, the shower was quite broken just a few water came out, the hair dryer in the room was broken, as we turned it on it started burning and making smoke, really dangerous. no one came to welcome us, all comunications via booking.com first night a fight at the bar in front of the house, police and broken bottles all around second night there was probably a shooting in the same bar, fortunately we were out neighborhood in shankill is not so kind

Lovely place.. We had small room but very cosy and clean and that's all what we wanted.. Place itself is very well kept we had no problem that there was sharing bathroom as it was very clean.. I would definitely recommend this place and would book it again...

We liked everything maybe only one suggestion that mirror in room 1 should be fitted on the wall rather just kept by the wall..

The heater was on just once which is very bad. We had to sleep inside the cold.

Spent a week in Berlin Street Townhouse and had a wonderful time! Kitchen and bathroom are equipped with everything you'd need, the bus station is a minute away and the lovely host always responded to messages very quickly. Would recommend!

The other guests and I couldn't seem to get the oven to work, but could've been our fault. Hand towels in the upstairs bathroom would be a great addition.

Excellent location, short 20 minute walk into Belfast City Centre. Bus stop and all the shops on Shankill Road.

nice modern house with almost everything included, also washing machine and dryer should you need it. Very functional and clean.

I couldn’t find a hair dryer (okay I didn’t ask either, could’ve), there is no place to hang your towels (or clothing) in the room (room 1), The wardrobe had one hanger in it, and no chair in the room. There is also a massive weird painting in the room which seems to be of Paris … I was expecting it to be of Belfast obvis but okay.

The location is special. In a side street of Shankill road, it is in the middel of a unionist enclave. I was unaware of that before I booked. I arrived in the middel of the night and was a bit shocked by the number of union jacks. Was this a safe place? Afterwards, I realize this location gave an extra dimension to really grasp the impact of the Northern Irish conflict and it proved to be safe. Other plusses: lockbox for the key made late arrival trouble free. Fully equipped kitchen. Free parking in front of the house and tons of murals within meters from the door. A walk to the center only takes 20-25 minutes.

The room was very small, just large enough for the bed. The room door clattered a bit, which was solved by putting a bag against it. The shower was clean, but a bit tight and the volume of water was modest. There was no normal sized mirror in the bath room, just a shaving mirror. The bed was ok for me alone, depending on people's sizes, I can imagine it van be a bit tight for two.

Convenient transport, convenient to get settled, clean and modern equipments, sufficient communication.

No shampoo / shower gel, noise from night club opposite the street.
