I travelled with my 91 year old mother so I needed a room on the ground floor and I got exactly that! Room was spacious and comfortable. There were a few structures in the compound where they housed a nursery of herbs and also processed soap, perfume, and sell dried herbs for health and beauty etc. Having a clear signboard outside would make the place easier to explore and more guest friendly. The cafe was excellent!! The ikan bakar and specially mixed herb drinks like bunga telang, misai kucing etc was really delicious! I would definitely stay here again next time I go to Bertam!

We finished our dinner at the cafe after the sun had set so had to walk back in slightly dark pathway back to our room. The area needs better lighting. We stayed in Room B1 and it did not have a table with chairs where I could do some work on my laptop.

We stayed for one night, 2 rooms for my daughter's registration day at Matriks. Air-cond, tv, kettle & hot shower all working as intended. We sleep in slumber, safe and sound.

All good except my daughter complained there was some stain (new stain) on the bed sheet. Probably didn't change them? Management should do QC on housekeeping staff performance.

Staff was friendly and helpful to us as we arrived later than office closing time. Iron and board is right outside of our room. Water pressure is very good and the shower head is my favourite. 4 power sockets, great! Cafe is in the same compound, with variety of delicious food and fast service. It's lovely to work around the herb garden.

We arrived Tuesday night, the cafe was closed so the entrance area was dark, making it hard to spot the turn. Luckily u-turn is near. Suggestion to put spotlights at entrance. @

Blanket should be changed with a modern & nice color.

Strategic location. Feels homely.
