The location is surrounded by a lot of restaurants fast food

The room they give me was not appropriate to live in the television did not work and the AC would not get hot

it was cheap for the expense I needed it to be.

I kind of felt like I was being watched by the staff

It’s very quiet over there that’s what I like about the area not too much traffic not a lot of people in the motel

awesome location to the Seminoles stadium, comfy beds and clean room! for the night it was everything we could’ve wanted, basic necessities and friendly staff!

Location was perfect to walk to the stadium to see FSU play.

Shower was a bit dirty. Knob lock is loose but internal lock is fine.

1. Restrooms smelled like urine. 2. Toilet water on the floor due to leaking toilets. 3.Woken up by cops in the middle of the night about men seen on the property with rifles. 4. Staff members live on the property, and percieve any complaints as a personal threat to a place to live. 5. Wifi outages 6.One of the older front desk staff seemed racist or xenophobic, and seemed to be angered by me just speaking to him. 7. Staff gossip about guests and spend their days plotting how to get rid of the guest if they highlight issues Avoid at all costs!!

Room was in disrepair, door wouldn't latch properly with half of the door handle broken off, antiquated air conditioning unit was not professionally installed

The owner was helpful and nice.

It could have been cleaner, could use a few upgrades, we did have problems with our initial room but the owner did upgrade our room and make us more comfortable.

Only thing good about this place was that it is close to the stadiums.

it was very dirty and should not even be called a hotel. This place is a motel that still has regular keys to the doors. Also the property does not have a pool. It was so bad that it looks like it should be rented by the hour.

The location was great minutes away from downtown and FSU as well as countless restaurants and stores

I like that they has available rooms for that night when all the other hotels were booked.

The towels had heavy stains.
