Perfect place for our dive trip. Eddy’s property worked great for me and my two college aged sons. Accurate description, great communication, and graciously accommodating. Everything we needed to make our trip a success and very memorable was there. Thanks again for the trailer Eddy! We’d definitely stay here again!

This is our second stay. Loved it both times. Owner is easy to work with. RV very clean and stocked with essentials. We watched the sunset at the dock. Close to great restaurants. Great price. Much cheaper than hotels and more private. Will stay again.

Eddy’s place was absolutely perfect for our short stay in the Keys for New Year’s 2024. Everything was immaculately kept and the place and campground were warm and inviting. Loved the outdoor space and the location - near to everything you could want to see! Eddy was always accessible and flexible, even for our last minute early check in. We had such a lovely and memorable time here - thank you Eddy and Calusa!!!

We were family of 4, stayed for 3 nights and had a wonderful time. Place was very clean, host was very responsive. Best Vrbo experience.

I can’t say enough how great this place was to stay. Very clean, beautiful pool great fishing the host was very easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. I definitely would go back with my family. Kids had a great time. Lots of places to see in things to do, if you just wanna veg at the pool, it’s a nice set up and easy access.

We had a great trip! We loved the location and were able to use the paddle board provided to get an up close encounter with the manatee in the canal. We can’t wait to visit again!

Get unit with everything you need. Great outside patio furniture with large HD TV. Golf cart was a plus!! Also great communication with the owner, he made sure everything was good, and if we needed anything to let him know. We would definitely recommend this to all!!

Our family of 4 had a blast (mom and dad + 10 and 12yo). We fished and paddleboarded around the inlet, swam in the pool, ate at the on-site food truck, and used it as basecamp for trips to the Everglades, John Pennekamp, and Key West.

My son and I wanted to check out the FL Keys for few days and found this property. I had a couple questions before and during the stay and always got responses very quickly (15 min!). The unit we stayed in was spotless and had a number of nice touches. It’s clear Eddy cares about his properties and guests. I would love to stay on one of his properties again.

Very nice, well kept and clean RV. Surprised it was actually as nice or nicer than the pictures! Good privacy. Comfortable bed. Easy drive to Key West. 5 stars!

The property was clean and the accommodations were good. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Family had a great time in this RV. Food truck inside the campground was excellent. Only advise to the property owner is that please fix lock for restroom and bedroom doors. It's really uncomfortable when you've kids.

Host is fantastic! Very courteous and very helpful. Eddy answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable! He took care that his property is well maintained, and that his are satisfied.

Comfortable accommodations.I liked the outdoor patio. A nice pool and a common area with chairs to watch the sunset. A good place to stay.

This is a first for our family, renting a camper. We really enjoyed the facility, the pool the hammock! We also enjoyed the golf cart and outside TV. The camper was well equipped and the manager was very responsive.

This was a very last minute reservation for us (we literally booked it the night before our arrival). I was a little skeptical when my husband chose this place (usually stay at larger hotels/resorts when we are down in the Keys), but after seeing it firsthand I realized I was wrong. We had a great stay here and would do it again in a heartbeat!! It was clean, very updated, well appointed and decorated very nicely. We had a lovely bottle of wine left for us and some beer/drinks in the outdoor fridge available to us. The security was very friendly and props to the owner who was quick to respond and very helpful / friendly. My only regret is that we didn't spend more time just lounging and grilling (we were visiting friends with a home down there and spent most all our time off property), as it had a lovely outdoor sitting area with fan and screen TV. However, I did enjoy my morning coffee out there each day. Also available was his golf cart (though we didn't need to use it) and bikes. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would not hesitate to recommend this place to any of our friends (which we actually did)!

We had an amazing time, it was our first time staying in the keys and our stay made it all worth it. Management stayed in contact for any questions or concerns but everything was listed and posted for us. Would definitely stay again if we ever visited the keys

Very nice camper with plenty of amenities to make your stay feel like home away from home. Location in a gated community made for extra secure feeling since I was staying alone. Office and security staff were pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time it was a really nice clean camp ground and the secretary were so friendly but took there job seriously and even tho we were in a great area it gave extra peace , our 5th wheel was great with a good size fridge microwave and stove , the outdoor living area was amazing and I've never sleep in a bed so comfortable! When in this area of Florida we WILL be back:)

Everything went very smoothly. The area is very quiet. Outside space was fantastic. We fit comfortably with 2 boys, 10 and 12. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, organized with plenty of extras that made our stay comfortable. Highly recommend.

This property was exactly what I was looking for. From check in to check out the process was simple. I especially enjoyed the extras like the bikes to use. I did not use the golf cart. I would recommend!
