This property is impeccably maintained. It is updated, clean, comfortable and well maintained. The owner is a delight to work with. Very accommodating and super responsive. One of the best VRBOs I've ever stayed in!

We just got home from a wonderful week in Nashville! This VRBO spot was the best! We had five couples and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host, Rob, was so good with communication and was of great assistance in helping us plan our week! The highlight for everyone was the in-home concert that our host arranged. We had two songwriters that not only entertained us, but gave us huge insight into the songwriting part of the music business. Their music was amazing and very intimate and personal. Overall, I would recommend this place to any of our friends and families that are heading to Nashville. The music row area is a safe and clean part of town. Many establishments are within walking distance. Downtown Broadway was a short ride or about a 30 minute walk. My husband and I could not have asked for a better 32nd anniversary getaway.

We stayed in this beautiful home for my 50th birthday with good friends. The house was absolutely perfect. The bedrooms were spacious and everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. The kitchen was very nice and well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Nashville.

Our stay in Nashville at this property was fantastic. The owner Rob communicated well, answered all of our questions and gave recommendations for our group. There were 5 couples and we fit very comfortably in the home. Great entertaining space. Each couple had a bedroom that was clean and we had no issues. We took Rob up on the Casa Concert where he arranged to have 2 country music writers come to the house and entertain us with music and stories about writing songs in Nashville. Everyone in our group (and we had several who were not country music fans) said it was truly one of the best experiences they have ever had. It was a concert for 10 of us in our house! The writers simply hung out with us answering our questions and playing awesome music - music that we recognized as country hits that they wrote! Remarkable Rob! Thank you for a great, once in a lifetime (until we come back again) experience.

I had a group of 8 stay at this house, 21 to 60 years old. The place was perfect. The owner was very communicative and he even set up a little song writer concert in the home. This concert was outstanding and completed the Nashville experience. Stay here and you won’t be disappointed!!

Rob was a great host with excellent communication. House location was walkable to the Gulch, local places, and even downtown. House was clean and felt big even with 10 people.

The property was perfect for 5 couples celebrating my husband's 50th birthday. It was close to everything, clean, comfy beds and communication with the host was excellent. I would absolutely recommend booking this home!

We stayed with 8 people and had plenty of room. The house was very clean, a walkable distance to downtown, and the owner was easy to get ahold of. The owner also went above and beyond, offering us an in home story writers show and shoveling snow out the walkway so we were able to exit the house. Thank you Rob for the great stay!

Perfection! First is that communication with the property manager was timely and personable. He was so kind in sharing information about the property as well as options for entertainment. As for the house, immaculate is the best descriptor for its cleanliness and it is laid out so well for hosting a family gathering with well spaced dining and visiting areas. The bedrooms did not disappoint either. We also took advantage of the in house concert by two amazing artists who made our trip complete in sharing their music and stories. I would absolutely book this property the next time I visit Nashville ( and it is a 5 minute Uber to downtown Nashville and felt very secure as well). Thank you for making our trip so wonderful!

We could not have been happier with our stay in this beautiful, clean and wonderfully located home! We had early contact with Rob on different things to do in Nashville that didn’t involve all our time on Broadway. And he did not disappoint. We enjoyed all the places he suggested but our absolute favorite recommendation was the private living room concert…we had not one, but two amazing singer/songwriters that performed for us and we were blown away by both of them and can’t wait to follow their careers. Thank you Rob for making our 60th birthday parties phenomenal! We will definitely be staying in this amazing home again!

Our experience was nothing short of amazing. The owner was great to communicate with - answered all our questions, was more than available, and gave some great recommendations for our trip. The living room concert is a MUST if you're staying here - was the best part of the trip for our group. Neighborhood was walkable to downtown, but a scooter or uber were a little more efficient. Broadway was a bit further, but Music Row was closer. Beds were very comfortable, house was clean with everything we needed. If you're planning a trip to Nashville, this property is worth scheduling your trip around. Thanks Rob!

The house is beautiful and well kept. Very clean. Rob, the host, was great to work with. He let me know the house was ready early on the day of our arrival. He offered lots of suggestions for things to do, places to go, including places more locals frequent. As promised he delivered on a great private, in-house concert! I celebrated with friends and family. We absolutely loved our acommodations. All appliances new and kitchen fully stocked. The owner worked with us on handling luggage on check-in/check-out. The highlight was the in-home concert. The musicians were awesome! Would definitely visit again!

This was all of our first time to Nashville and we couldn’t be happier with this place. Everything was exactly as described and Rob is an awesome host. He was very responsive to every text and is a great resource for things to do other than Broadway. As a part of the stay Rob offered a private concert at the house which was beyond awesome. It was so cool to be chillin on the couch listening to music and fun stories that the artists have. If you stay at this property I 100% recommend you take advantage of this. It was truly a highlight of our stay. You can’t go wrong with this property. Outstanding!

There were 10 of us (5 couples) The house was clean and comfortable. Rob was very helpful with suggestions regarding Nashville and what to do. The living room performance by Carson and Matt was outstanding! Highly recommend making it part of your experience!

Rob was awesome at communication from day 1 of booking. He was responsive, gave us great recommendations for things to do in town, and I was able to ask him questions throughout our stay. The house was awesome for our group of 5 couples. We had a hard time finding a house that had 5 true bedrooms with beds that weren’t twins/bunks for a reasonable price and this was it!! The house was even better than it looks in pics too. Great location, walkable to midtown and a short Uber/scooter to downtown broadway. Te living room concert was also a MUST! The songwriters were so talented. Really made us feel like we got the true Nashville experience. We had a fabulous time. Thank you Rob!!

We had five couples that stayed at the property and not only was it extremely clean, but very spacious for all 10 of us. The host was great and gave lots of good, suggested places to visit. We took part in the in-home show and at first I think we were all a little hesitant, just not knowing what to expect, but it was by far the highlight of our trip. The artists who came, Carson Beyer and Matt McKinney were not only talented but so down to earth. We truly ended up having a great time with them. We would 100% recommend doing the in-home show to anyone who visits.

This house is beautiful! The linens and towels were so nice. Home was clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! It felt like home for the 4 nights we stayed. Not to mention Rob the owner was amazing very responsive and so friendly! Thank You!
