Overall, the property was good. We are a bit older and there were a number of stairs we had to climb that was a bit of a choir with luggage, groceries, leaving and coming back to the property. The hot tub was nice but again the stairs were a challenge plus a bit icy with the colder weather. All in all, we'd recommend for younger people or maybe a disclaimer about the number of stairs one has to climb to access the property would be helpful.

Condo was nice and clean. Just came to town for a little skiing and weekend relaxation. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo on college drive. All amenities provided great comfort to our week long stay. We will be staying here again next year.

My husband and i just returned from a visit to see my daughter in Durango. We usually stay in one of the local hotels, however this time we chose to rent a condo--and i'm so glad we did. We were close enough to town for quick trips to dinner and for groceries, but had the privacy and space to entertain our daughter after work. I will certainly book this place again!

We had a great time in Durango. The location is convenient and property was clean and comfortable.

The only negative was the number of steps we had to climb to get to the condo. Everything else was very good.

The washer and dryer allowed us to wash a load of our clothes before heading home. The condo is nicely de orated and the carpet was very clean. It was only the two of us; but it would be a good place to take a family. There was a stand-alone air conditioner up stairs that we promply shut off. These stand-alones are meant to be vented due to warm air blowing out the back of it. At night we opened the windows and just used fans upstairs and it was comfortable. The water pressure was good and the commodes worked well. We reported a broken recliner to the agency and was told they were in the process of getting it replaced. The stairs outside really gave us a workput plus the split level in the house. We managed but I wouldn't recommend for senior citizens with heart and knee issues. Overall we were pleased and enjoyed our stay

First off, the property was exactly as advertised! We were curious if it would actually be “that close” to the pool and indeed it was! The condo was great and the window AC units functioned well to keep the heat away and the place comfortable. We basically went out for dinner most nights, but the kitchen was well stocked the night were cooked in. Overall, it was a great location for our family of four (kids 11 and 9).

It was the perfect location for the Durango train ride and white water rafting. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was a good size. It did get a little toasty in the bedroom upstairs, but the fans helped. We were visiting during a heat wave, so I'm sure it's usually a comfortable temperature. Otherwise, this condo worked great for our family!

This condo was perfect for me and my two boys ages 11 and 9. Great views of the mountains, plenty of parking, hot tub and pool very close by. The condo itself was super clean and had a homey feel but everything was new. The beds were super comfy and there was plenty of linens and towels. We never used the AC as kept windows open at night and then closed them and the blinds during the day. A beautiful breeze came in the upstairs master bedroom every night.

Very clean. Convenient location. Quiet. Just as described in listing. Would definitely stay here again.

Not a fan of thicker pillows, made my neck a little stiff the next day. Maybe new blankets n pillows would be nice. Bathroom downstairs was loud when flushing the toilet...wakes up the person in the bedroom. Kitchen had basic pots n pans. Couldn’t find the crockpot tho. Hot tub was nice.

This was kind of aggravating as we could not get the tv to work even after we called someone to come look at it. They could not get it to work either. This property was well appointed and comfortable for 4 adults. If you have mobility difficulties, the stairs might be a bit much (30 or so stairs to get to the front door). We had a concern with the front door lock, (which was our fault), but we received a helpful response within minutes of sending an email asking for instructions.

Lots of parking, came to ride sxs with a long box trailer, lots of extra parking to allow parking big box trailer so I didn't have to drag it everywhere.

Four adults fit comfortably in this nice condo. Conveniently located to downtown. New carpet. Kitchen fully equipped. Would stay there again.

The property was beautiful. The location was prefect for our needs. The only complaint was that it said it was an air-conditioned unit, but only had one window unit and it was like 90 degrees when we entered the unit. Thankfully it was windy so we were able to open the windows and cool off.
