I was pleasantly surprised by our condo. Normally pictures are a little deceiving,but our place was super nice, ac very cold, quiet, pool was perfect too. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Our stay was great ! The property is clean and well maintained. We appreciated that the area is quiet, perfect for our family.

It was convenient. We had some internet issues which were resolved. The accommodations were adequate but it could have had a few more supplies…toilet paper, dishwashing soap for dishwasher, more trash bags. Luckily I had brought or purchased some needed things. Cleaning team left some things unfinished…bath rugs were outside on railing and I didn’t find them for a few days. The hostess was very cordial and tried to resolve any concerns. All in all it was a pleasant stay.

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and nice. Beds were comfy, they even have extra standing fans which was awesome bc I forgot mine. Communication was great which was a must since we were headed down right after a hurricane hit further up on the coast.

My husband and I stayed here for a couple days for our wedding anniversary and it was lovely! The condo had everything (and then some!) we needed. It was very spacious and extremely clean (most important for me.) The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of toiletries and towels. It had a lovely balcony overlooking the canal. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

I chose this place for 2 main reasons: it has 4 beds and a boat slip. It was perfect for us. The places was clean and well appointed. I will definitely use it again in the future.

We had an amazing time!! Loved the layout and location. Beds were comfortable. Had everything we needed. Could see the fireworks from our balcony. Will be back next summer for sure!! The owner is super easy to get ahold of and friendly.

Everything was better than expected. The space was large enough for our family of 7, and all living areas were perfectly comfortable. A short drive to anything we needed (as well as Rockport Beach). After a lovely dinner prepared at the kitchen in the community pool we returned to the condo where my teenage children took turns losing to me in a game of Ring The Bull on the patio. We’ll be back later in the year to give them an opportunity for revenge.

We would do it again if that means anything or has value. Friendly neighbors or people acknowledge and waive to you in the neighborhood. We couldn't figure out how to turn the heater on when the northern blue in. But even then we did ok. It's a really nice place to stay for a few days.

Enjoyed the atmosphere. Great amenities; plush towels, lots of shampoo etc. Kitchen well stocked. Tv remotes a bit tricky. Sofa and pillows could use some washing/ freshening.
Beds really great as well as pillows and comforters. Cleaning person missed a few things but overall very clean

We had a brief gigging trip to Rockport and had a lovely stay at the Lil Nauti. It was nice to arrive after a drive to find coffee AND creamer!! The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of room. We will be back in the summer and take advantage of the paddle boards.

Wonderful quiet area, beautiful location, excellent for a relaxing vacation right on the water. BBQ grill on the balcony, and a fully stocked kitchen allow for lovely dinners while watching the sunset over the water.

Nice place. All updated! Worked well for us for what we needed. Didn’t get to try pool, or tennis courts or fish as it rained all day on the day we had availability. Master bed was firmer than we were used too and would have preferred a long couch with a love seat rather than two love seats, but they were comfortable. Loved that there was a tv in every room and AC/fans were awesome!

This place was wonderful. The beds were great and they did a great job of maximizing the space. The HOA was contrary but other than that we had everything we needed and more. The owners communication was very quick. Definitely a wonderful place to stay!

Very relaxing
This was my first time to book online and was very pleased with the condo. We enjoyed it very much. We loved sitting on the deck. The owner was very sweet and we loved the peace and quiet. The traffic great just an all around wonderful stay would stay again if we are ever in the area again went for grandsons graduation. We were a block from the ocean. Went to Corpus cristi, Port A and every place was about 35 mi. away great central area. Thank you for everything Sara!!!!!
