This is the third time our family has stayed in this beautifully appointed and comfortable home. We have been traveling to AZ for our son's baseball tournaments and have had such a great experience that we always look to stay here whenever it's available. Knowing where everything is, having wifi connect automatically, and becoming better acquainted with the neighborhood / freeways / etc. make this feel like our home away from home in AZ. The best part of the stay is the great communication with the owner, Brian! He's a great communicator and very responsive to any question that comes up. He feels like an old friend even though we've never met!

This is our second time staying at this home and we will definitely be back. We are from Los Angeles and find ourselves in Peoria a few times a year for our son's baseball tournaments. We have stayed in a couple places that we really like, but this is a place that feels like home. It is the perfect size, thoughtfully appointed, and easy to return from a hot day at the ball field to relax after a nice shower! This week in particular, we had a lot of down time in between games so it was really nice to be able to spread out, relax, and enjoy the calming view of the lake. The only amenity you may miss is a swimming pool but we didn't need it. It's hard to satisfy all four of us but we all agree that this is our "2nd home" in Peoria! The owner / property manager is very responsive and easy to reach with any questions leading up to arrival and during the stay!

Check in was a breeze and we had a great week at the house. It was clean and well equipped. We would stay there again.

This place was awesome! Everything was new, clean and better than expected. The setting was gorgeous - kayaks at the house for sunsets on the water. The location was key for our baseball tournament. I would highly recommend this house and can’t wait to go back.

This place is beautiful and clean. It has everything from a fully stocked kitchen, spacious rooms and easy access to shopping. We enjoyed the use of the lake with the kayaks, the stocked kitchen made the trip even more affordable. communication with the unit manager was seamless. I would recommend and consider renting this unit again.

All the necessities were provided and they even made sure to have a fan and extra k-cups dropped off before we arrived to make our stay even better. We stayed in Phoenix for a sports tournament, and the house was a highlight of our trip. The house was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed. Mike texted to make sure that everything was good. We would definitely stay here if we have another tournament in the area.
