We had 10 adults staying here for a wedding weekend, and the house had everything we needed. Very nice and new with enough space to host our large group. Walking distance to everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Booking was extremely easy and straight forward, plus the communications were great. The property was great, clean, very spacious, and a nice location for those that want to be in downtown winter Park. No complaints only positives for the entire experience. Thank you.

Our family likes to gather once a year to spend time together. This year we choose Winter Park and stayed at Arrow Luxury River Front Townhome. The layout was great for our family. Lowest level accomodated our Son's family with older kids. The 2nd level had great space to hang out, a large table so we could all eat together, and plenty of room in the kitchen area. The top floor with it's two bedrooms gave our daughters family with a 12 month old a spacious bedroom. Our bedroom was very nice with a balcony and plenty og space for us.
The location was close to bars and restaurants. Short drive to the slops for sking.
Our family had a great time a very positive experience.

We had such a great time at this Winter Park townhouse! We are a family from South Florida and this townhouse met and exceeded our expectations. The location was ideal. The children really enjoyed the backyard and climbing up (and sliding down) the little snowy hill. Everything we needed was within walking distance or a 2-mile drive. As a VRBO premier host in So. Florida we appreciated how well-equipped this unit was. It had everything we needed. Thank you so much for our great stay, and we look forward to returning!

Amazing location, lots of room and amenities. I typically stay at the base, but loved the local restaurants, especially Deno's and newly opened Voltaire.

This townhome lives like a stand-alone home, with a separate living area in the basement for the kids - including an arcade game! With three large en suite bedrooms and a bunk room, there is space for everyone. The decor is very modern a la Restoration Hardware and there are great outdoor decks, two with fire places, to enjoy the outdoors. The garage situation is tricky - you really can't fit two cars in it if one is an SUV, unlike at the smaller, neighboring townhomes which strangely have larger garages - but the driveway made that an insignificant issue. Location is fantastic - walkable to all the restaurants and shops and right on Vasquez Creek.

This condo was well-suited for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a group of 8 couples and had plenty of room. Air bnb was extremely clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Hot tub was a great addition. Only a 5-10 min ride to the ski resort. Overall great stay with no complaints.
