Great area and location.

This was a clean and comfortable unit. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and restaurants. We loved the balcony. The communication with property management was easy and responsive. We would stay here again!

Other than refrigerator spitting out ice on floor three or four times by it self the stay was good

The splash harbor people were awful. Pool wasn't clean. Management's for pool was very aggressive.

The condo is perfectly equipped with everything we needed. The beach wagon and chairs made it very easy to cart all of our things back and forth to the beach. The staff was exceptionally attentive, even after our stay. Location was perfect, close to anything at all we needed. Surprisingly it was very quiet at night with all the hustle and bustle during the day. The Harbor view is gorgeous and very relaxing. The master bed squeak was annoying but not a deal breaker.

It is within walking distance to multiple great restaurants, bar/food onsite at the water park (top notch Rum Runners!), and it was CLEAN. The condo was clean and they keep the waterpark so clean as well. The staff at the waterpark is also so nice, welcoming, and helpful. The condo was great with the water view, full kitchen, two bathrooms/bedrooms, etc. The patio was safe for my son to run around (supervised) on and the condo was very "kid friendly". When we arrived the cleaning lady was taking extra care to make sure the unit was free from broken glass (previous renters) because she knew we were coming with a little one. Talk about caring! Highly recommend. We will be next year!

The water park is small but our kids enjoyed at least an hour or two a day at the park and the rest of the day we loved the beach that was a short walk away. We really appreciated the beach wagon full of chairs and sand toys. There were quite a few restaurants within a short walking distance and all were good. It is a 20 min drive or trolley ride from both St. Pete's and Clearwater. We also did one day trip (45 min drive) to Busch Gardens which was a blast. There is also a grocery store about 5 min away so we stocked up on food for the week. The property manager was very responsive and helpful when any questions arose.

The adjacent water park and five minute walk to the beach was perfect for keeping our 4 and 2 year old occupied. There are a handful of restaurants within walking distance and a kitchen so you never have to leave.

Only suggestion would be that the owner replace beach towels, some were a bit tattered....but we appreciated the fact that towels were provided none the less.

Location was great. Balcony faced intercostal water. If you can’t be on beach, this is the next best thing. Condo is beautifully decorated. Water park definitely had a lot of kids, but we still enjoyed it. Parking garage was a little tight for SUVs and large trucks. Definitely would stay here again.

The condo is a great vacation spot with plenty of space and the kids enjoyed access to the water park. Beach is close by as well as access to restaurants. Was also convenient to have cvs close. Only complaints about our stay was the king bed in the one bedroom. We barely got any sleep due to an uncomfortable mattress and bedframe that would make loud creaking noise with any small movement. Also the second bedroom could use a dresser instead of what currently in the room.
