Much nicer Rooms & Amenities after the Remodel. The Gentleman who checked me in (I forgot his name), was very friendly and clearly explained everything. The room was great. Very comfortable bed. Ice cold A/C. Nice TV. The Woman at check out was awesome as well. Will definitely stay here again. Cheers!

All in all property was nice problem. We have broken elevator and we are on the 4th floor and we are older. So that is one heck of a truck. Also I am a plumber and toilet seat loose. And lavaratory faucet not placed correctly. Also, screen door on patio very hard to operate and cover on air conditioner on patio. Keeps fallling off. Also, coffee Maker keeps putting coffee grinds into the cups.

This location is great you can literally cross the street and are at the beach but with no real views from the room. Short drive to Huntington Beach and Newport Beach Piers. The restaurant next door is amazing authentic Italian food. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside was the room we had had an adjoining room and saying the wall was paper thin is an understatement.. We had a awful lady screaming at us for watching tv , if we opened a snack or went to the bathroom in our room! I want to stress that I kept quiet as to not escalate the situation but being cursed at for breathing on my vacation was completely crazy! We could literally clearly hear everything that was said or done. So if you get room 303 or the room next to it I believe is 305 cancel it and rebook.

No amenities, no service, bathroom/shower not working, came here 5 times! No more especially For price charged, had to do 2 reservations as 4 days was NOT available, had to switch room after I was told (on the 1st day) I could keep it, on and on (with problems).

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sonder! We had the most comfortable bed and beautiful view of the ocean. Our room was very clean. I loved the black out curtains and the AC unit that kept the room cold. We slept so good! I was worried about the outside traffic being noisy, we did not hear a thing. Very quiet. Very close to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Our stay was great. The place was clean and close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

My biggest concern was a lack of clarity related to parking. I paid for parking but upon arrival the lot was full. At first it was confusing where I was to park in the additional lot. There was no map or instructions. Finally after speaking to someone in the office I realized where the extra parking lot was. Second, half the time I either didn't have hot water or it took forever for the shower to get warm. I also thought there might be a desk in the room or a place to work, but only night stands. I needed to do some work but had no place to do it.
