The uniqueness of the property is very appealing. The property was exactly as described. The property is well maintained , quiet and away from traffic. The owners are friendly and helpful when needed. I highly recommend this property and suitable for a couple.

This little loft was truly an amazing space! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
It was very quiet but close to town for great restaurants and central for all of our sight seeing. There was a grocery store just a few blocks away and a fridge and dishes for all our breakfast and snacks.
We highly recommend staying here!

This fully renovated barn loft space was perfect for our short trip to Charlottetown. Perfectly clean, well thought-out layout, convenient to grocery stores and Charlottetown attractions. Heather and Mozzi were truly welcoming hosts. We would recommend this property to all.

We couldn’t be more happy with our pick! Heather’s barn style loft is so picturesque and peaceful. It was exactly what we needed. Clean, cozy and quiet. The location was also perfect - everything in terms of restaurants/drinks was a 7 minute drive. So close and convenient! Heather also gave us amazing recommendations for both food/drinks and beaches which we were grateful for. Very responsive host and will definitely book again in the future. Thanks for a great vacay!

Listing looked interesting online and didn’t disappoint in person. Modern interior was well thought out and included everything to make our stay comfortable. Hosts very helpful before arrival and during our time there. Pretty restful location with a large deck overlooking green fields. Six minute drive into Charlottetown. We would fully recommend!

Spent three nights at the 1810 loft-apartment set beautifully at end of a long driveway off the main road. Surrounded by pastures and beautiful gardens. Plenty of space in the kitchen for cooking and eating. Quality cookware and provided everything needed to prepare meals. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed sitting on the deck early mornings and late evenings hoping to see a sky full of stars, but we had cloudy evenings during our stay. Would highly recommend this if you're looking to be close to town but want to enjoy the quiet of a farm location.

Was perfect for me. Clean quiet private and relaxing. Hosts were gracious to a fault and timely in response. Just enough away from Charlottetown while being just close enough.

Our stay at the Bunbury school house was an absolute delight. The hosts were helpful. The location is 5 minutes from Charlottetown centre. The newly renovated site was clean and well stocked. It was quaint and quiet. I would highly recommend this site and we will definitely return in the future.

This is a great loft located central PEI, so great for exploring.
Close to a grocery store and Mcds.
Very nice breeze at night with the windows open and quiet.
No AC, which wasn't a problem for us but could be in hotter times. They did tell us they were looking into purchasing one in the new year

A different experience.
A new apartment built above a workshop in an old school house, a really different experience. Very well equipped, including a clothes washer and rack. Very quiet away from road noise. Very relaxing.

Lovely spot!
This was a great base for us to explore PEI. We were cycling, and found it fairly direct to connect to the trail into Charlottetown. The hosts were very good about responding, and the apartment was comfortable and well appointed. Thanks so much!

Wonderful place to stay with visiting PEI. Everything was great. The hosts made sure everything was perfect. Would definitely stay there again. Really close to town.

We had an enjoyable stay at the barn loft apartment! Modern, comfortable and clean, this loft had everything we needed for a lovely stay. The deck and lovely rural view were enjoyed as well. The hosts were pleasant and very attentive!
