Great stay. Responsive owner. Beautiful setting.

There was a snow storm our first couple days and the roads up to the ski resorts were closed, so we spent a lot of time in the condo. Having the park right next door was great. The kids had snow ball fights, built snowmen and were able play and and have fun outside. The teen age kids made great use of the down stairs game room, we really loved that. The condo provided more than enough room for our group of six. We could have easily added a few more people. I would definitely rent again. The only negative I can think of is that it would have been nice to have a few more/better cooking utensils. The whisk was broken, there was only one spoon for stirring and no rubber spatula. Otherwise the kitchen was very well equipped. Best location for ski trip, I highly recommend.

Enjoyed our stay in cottonwood as it is a very good location to visit all the ski resorts in the area. The condo was clean and uncluttered. Beds were comfortable and linens good. Minor details that need attention but all in all a very convenient place to stay.

My sons and I stayed here last week and loved it. It was centrally located to skiing and sight seeing and a great place to come back to after a long day. Tara was an excellent host and quickly addressed the few problems we had. Highly recommend!

On the way to Alta and Snowbird with just a short drive up the hill to the slopes. Perfect! Tara is the consummate host. Everything from checkin to checkout were seemless. Communication was always timely and helpful. Plenty of supplies and well equipped kitchen. I cannot wait to plan our next trip out west. Thank you Tara.

The hosts of the townhome are wonderful people (caring, responsive, willing to go the extra mile). We vacationed there to ski and it was a great location- 15-20 minutes to Alta, Snowbird,Solitude. A park is situated in back of the townhouse, grocery store within minutes. The townhome is very clean with comfortable beds. Has great closets with good hangers. The game room in the basement was a bonus. Also, during our stay a hot tub was being installed so you will have a way to relax after a hard day of skiing. I only wish they had dressers to put your clothes in each of the rooms. We had to utilize the floor as a dresser for our childrens clothes. We will definitely be back!

This is our second stay in this unit. This new to owner unit is evolving into a comfy, welcoming home. The location is perfect for easy access to hiking, mountain biking, skiing and dropping down to the city. A nice park out back and shopping close by. Needs a grill and deck chairs to enjoy out back. We would rent this again.

We were frustrated after seeing the substantial fee for cleaning that we were asked to do some housekeeping before we left at 10:00 9/17. What the heck.....?

Large Rooms and well stocked kitchen. You can't go wrong with this property - it is much better than a hotel room.

Great location to access any recreation the canyons has to offer. Fun place to come back from an active day and relax with the family around the dinner table and living room. If you have more energy after a day of recreation, there is foosball and arcade games. Clean and well equipped. Easy access to Salt Lake City.
