All was great except the traffic on the road directly outside the home but should be overlooked because of the beauty of beach/gulf just a few feet away from the front door!

We had the most relaxing week at Anna Maria Island. This location was perfect as it allowed us to walk to many restaurants and the beach. We would highly recommend staying at this location.

Place was awesome. Right across from the beach. Roof top deck was amazing.

Our Stay was relatively short—Sunday February 25 through Friday March 1. The Condo, which is right on the Gulf, was clean and Very accommodating. It has spectacular views, very convenient access to the Gulf and close to great restaurants and stores. It has a beautiful roof deck and our late February week had stunning weather.Everything about the property is beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and would love to return!

The reason I gave accuracy of listing a 4 star is we had the impression it was only a gulf view from the rooftop. Nope. It literally is across from the Gulf. Gorgeous. We had 2 issues both dealt with promptly. Highly recommend

We were so excited to see the views matched the posting! The home was beautiful and perfect for the 4 of us. The weather didn’t cooperate but we enjoyed the views and walking beach. Beautiful, clean, safe!

Property was really nice, with a great view of the beach from three sides of the house. Really enjoyed the beachfront itself, very few people and beautiful sand and room to spread out and run around. Beach chairs were a definite plus! House was great, everything that we needed. Loved being able to walk to the little Downtown area for breakfast and coffee and dinner one night.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The rooftop was a perfect place to see sunrise/sunset. Perfect place to drink your morning coffee. The interior was beautiful, updated, and had everything we needed from towels to toiletries. The location is beachfront and a quick walk to restaurants, shops, and bars. Would definitely stay again!

We had a good stay. The property manager was quick to reply with a small issue we had. Would stay at this property again.

There were 5 (2 small children) of us and it was enough room but for adults it may be tough. The house is in a great location and most mornings- into the middle of the day there was no one or very few others on the beach area we were at (the public access is on both sides so we were in the middle and it felt like our own little paradise). They were doing some construction so the views from house included heavy equipment but that doesn’t deter the beauty. The roof top is great! My recommendation would be more storage in the rooms, maybe some drawers but other than that it was fine. My only issues (weren’t major) was we contacted the host through the app regarding the washing machine leaking, they responded to see what unit we were at but that was it.. we made it work while we were there since it was only 3 days but if we were there longer it would have gotten frustrating, also the chairs they had had broken straps so carrying stuff was difficult. Overall I would recommend this house, we enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our little getaway!!

The house was so beautiful and clean, and the terrace was a wonderful spot to relax and watch the sunrise and sunsets. Our family was so pleased with our stay and the location couldn’t have been better. we will definitely be booking again. Can’t recommend enough.

The house was fine. It was cool after a long day at the beach. It was nice to have the car and golf cart right under the house. The beds were comfortable.

Wonderful family spot.

This house is very convenient to the beach and the surrounding communities. The rooftop patio is a wonderful place to watch the amazing sunsets. The covered parking is espcially appreciated at this time of year when the temps are so high. The home was very clean and furnishings are adequate. The only issue we had was a lack of space for groceries .

This property was everything Terry described it to be. It was our first time visiting Anna Maria Island, and we already can't wait to go back! At first we were wondering if we stayed in the right spot (Bradenton Beach), but after checking out the rest of the Island, we knew that we had chosen the perfect location. It was like we had our own private beach and were so close to Bridge Street where we could eat and shop. This definitely was a memorable vacation!

Absolutely loved the location and house. Clean and one block to beach. House has everything you need. Would go back and o am a resident.

The best thing about the property was that it was right across from the beach, which is what I wanted. It was clean, and the appliances were new. I believe the condo was just remodeled, but some things did not work yet. The fridge had no water or ice. The water pressure was very low in the bathrooms with the exception of the shower in the master. The fan and lights in the master did not work. One kitchen chair had 2 missing screws on one leg so it was an accident waiting to happen. It was a good thing I noticed it. There were other items we would have liked such as hot pads, more coffee cups, extra blankets and pillows, better quality paper goods, etc. The VRBO contact did not send a handyman as promised so nothing was fixed for us. The worst thing was Red Tide hit the beaches so we coughed, sneezed, and had runny eyes. We could not use the beautiful beach right across the road for a few days and had to find other beaches or things to do so our beachfront condo did not pay off. All in all, for the price of the condo, we expected more in the way of comforts, and certainly someone to fix all the things that were wrong. I rented from VRBO in the past and never had such problems.

This was a wonderfully property. The location was excellent - right across the street from the beach. Easy to catch island trolley to get to more places on the island. Wonderful walking on the beach and sidewalks. The inside of the house was clean and very cutely decorated. My favorite feature was the roof top deck. Great for the views both for morning coffee and evening beverages. The property manager Terry was always available if needed for questions. I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED this property. Went for my 30th birthday weekend and it couldn’t have been better. The closeness to the beach, the cleanliness of the house, and the rooftop terrace were perfect. Definitely plan to stay again!

Loved the property and the location of it. So close to the beach. And the weather was perfect for our January stay! Anna Maria island was a delight for us to visit. There were so many positives for us that the few negatives were far outnumbered. We would not hesitate to stay again

The house was just as described and shown in the photos. The location was perfect. The short walk to the restaurants and shops at the pier was ideal. The rooftop deck was the best part by far. We will definitely be back!

Our family of four including 21 and 14 yr old children stayed at this beach front property over Christmas 2022. It was perfect for us! View of beach and property is accurately described in the photos. It is updated and clean. The beds were very comfortable! There was one tiny snafu in that the main bedroom light and ceiling fan weren't working but we made it work with the lamps. It didn't deter our wonderful stay and we are already thinking of when we can book this cute beachhouse in the near future! Thank you for hosting us-we'll be back!

We came for a destination beach wedding. The online photos are very accurate. The place was very clean and updated. It is across the street from the gulf side of the island. The beach is sugar sand, clean and not a ton of people which we liked. The location is a 10 minute easy walk to the the Bridge Street area with plenty of restaurants and shops. We had 6 adults in our group and the quick beach and shopping options allowed for everyone to do their own thing without requiring a car. Fly into Sarasota airport- 20 minute drive(approx $30). A rental car is not needed if you are staying on the island. The AMI free trolley goes right by the house with a stop a few houses down if you want to explore the island. One in our group called the golf cart shuttle to go to dinner. It was free with a tip recommended. The area is very quiet after 10pm.
