We loved the location and picture window views of the ocean! Kitchen was well stocked with everything needed! Staff was responsive to all questions! Check in was very easy! Washer & dryer was nice to have also. Having beach chairs and towels was also appreciated!!

Well beyond our expectations ! Everything the listing described. Relaxing, refreshing and rejuvenating.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was hard to decide which was the better choice to start the day: enjoy the sunrise view with a cup of coffee from a chair on the lanai (accompanied by any number of sociable roosters, hens and chicks), or maybe just recline indoors on the built-in bed that fronts the panoramic view of the Pacific. Slept to the sounds of waves rolling in along with a nice breeze. Lovely furnishings, a kitchen stocked with anything you need. Our unit was located in a nice sub-division with easy access to parking, a nice walking path, golf course and a great grocery store. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and a boogie board along with other beach items were there for the borrowing. We had a little trouble checking in as we were trying to enter a code to unlock the door (or so we thought); after 10-15 minutes of trying, we discovered the keypad actually was a lock box holding the key (the property manager was very helpful and responsive). The people above were early risers and you definitely knew when they were starting their day due to their noticeable footsteps through the ceiling. All in all, a very pleasant stay and we wouldn’t hesitate to book this one again.

This place has an amazing view. The interior of the unit has very nice funishings and supplies and is in very good shape. The exterior of the building is older and in need of a face-lift. The stay was great and met our needs. Again...what a veiw

It’s all about the corner window view

Pros: The view. The private beach. The central princeville location. Watching the sunrise from the porch and the sunset from the park a few blocks away. The peace and quiet. The walking paths. Con: no AC in the unit. We only stayed one of two nights because of no AC. Woke up in a pool of sweat and decided to head back to our place in Poipu with AC. If it had a portable AC unit I would book this place every time I go to Kauai and gladly pay more.

The view was absolutely stunning - I think this has been the absolute best view I have seen from a home away from home....EVER! The condo was clean and well appointed with all the conveniences of home. My two boys (5 and 8) were comfortable with plenty to do fairly close (sand toys, snorkels, beach chairs, towels, umbrella etc. were all provided). From the condo we walked to the beach and did some snorkeling on the reef. We spent plenty of time enjoying views of whales from the deck. Hanalei Beach was very close. Haena State Park not far away to complete the hike and excellent views of NaPali Coast. This is definitely a great spot for all the activities on the north side of the island. That being said, its a relatively small island so nothing is ever really far away. I would stay here again, I wish we would have been able to stay longer.

The location and view are very nice! If the weather is good, you were able to watch the beautiful sunrise lights directly from the living room. We also like the washer and dryer, it is so convenient that you can keep clothes clean every day after the beach activities.

This property is well-appointed and the property manager communicated clearly and checked in via email regularly. The welcome gifts were a nice and tasty surprise. Plenty of nice bath and beach towels and everything one needs in the kitchen. The location is in a nice quiet community w spectacular views of the coast, including beautiful sunrises. We went to several different beaches, including the one for this community and the only suggestion I have is that it would have been nice if the unit had had a cooler to take for drinks and snacks and the snorkeling equipment could have been better maintained. Otherwise, a perfect place to vacay in Kauai.

Very nice, clean and cozy unit. Great "Welcome". Easy check-in and -out. But what is absolutely gorgeous: VIEW! Actually, you can stay in the unit 24/7 just enjoying the ocean view.

Stop browsing, don’t miss the opportunity to stay at this property. It’s slightly small but worked well for our small family of 2 adults + a toddler). The views win over anything else. Location is perfect, few mins drive from ghe stunning Anini beach and 7 mins to Hanalei village and beach. Will book again

My husband and I recently stayed (July 2022) here and it was so great. The location in Princeville was so close to so much on the North shore and walking distance from Princeville shopping and restaurants. The unit was bright with great views and outstanding cross breezes. We only stayed 3 nights but wish we had stayed more. The property owner/mgmt team was very responsive to questions and eager to please. The unit has beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel equipment and more. I would highly recommend this place to other couples looking for a bit of paradise.

The ocean sounds, view, and breeze will knock your socks off. Tasteful decor - simple versus tacky overly "islandy" while still setting local feel - lovely . Kitchen well equipped. Bed room also facing ocean :) Proximity to everywhere we wanted to head off to to hike etc very convenient as was parking etc. Only issues were not the upstairs not very well sound proofed but unless you are super sensitive to this no big deal. Unit was left pretty sandy by a prior guest and could have been cleaned up a bit better. Not a ton of clothing storage space (why??? I ask, would you bring much to wear here?!) but I am trying to be thorough. I have spent a lot of time in Hawaii and lived on Maui years ago... I certainly hope to be back - so I hate to promote it too much ;) -but this is hands down the best unit!

Awesome view from the condo and great location on the North Shore. We saw whales within minutes of check in! Space was very clean and well maintained. This will be our first choice for future trips to the North Shore.

Some lightweight more portable beach chairs would’ve been helpful, and maybe some water toys like boogie boards would be nice too. We were surprised the development does not have a hot tub (would be 5 stars if it did!). Great jumping off place for the N shore.
