Outstanding location in the historic music row area. Short walk to great restaurants, bars and downtown. Parking was convenient and free! Would absolutely stay here again!

My friend and I went on a long weekend girls trip. We had the most amazing stay right from the time we walked in to our place! It was beautiful and the perfect size for us 2! We spent a lot of time on the balcony too. It was a very quiet neighborhood at night and was in a very safe location. The local coffee shop and tavern were a few of our favorites too. We will definitely be returning!

The rental unit was clean and comfortable. It had everything we needed. Communication with property management was excellent. It is located on historic Music Row. You should be aware that this is a short ride, and about 30 minute walk, from the Broadway district. There is not much else in terms of entertainment or convenience stores in the immediate neighborhood. However lots of good stuff can be found in the nearby Belmont U and Vanderbilt areas. The Gulch is another recommended area, about a twenty minute walk. You should also be aware of the considerable construction going on all over the city, including right next door to the property. All things considered, we can highly recommend.

A cute, clean, conveniently located condo. Nice towels and a very comfortable bed, albeit low. It was perfect for us.

It was perfect for what we needed, a cozy clean lil place. It is located close to the crazy but far enough away that you don't hear it. You might need the earplugs due to upstairs occupants or other vacationers who come in late, the walls are a little thin.

This was a perfect spot for a few days while we waited for the rest of our group to arrive. Not in the hustle and bustle of downtown but close enough to The Gulch to walk. Space was clean, cozy and comfortable. Owners were very communicative before, during and after our stay.

Nice property and mgmt. Great location. Very safe area. Paid more than most probably bc it was a popular weekend. Maybe I had higher expectations bc of the higher price, but can hear every step the people above you take and some conversations. It took 2nd gen air pod pros in my ears playing white noise to not hear it and go to sleep.

We were in Nashville for our wedding and stayed for a few more days. This place was clean and convenient to downtown Nashville. Communication with Christy was great too. We loved it!

We were only in town for a day and a half (2 nights) and this apartment was exactly what we needed. Great location walkable to several eateries. Great patio / outdoor space to unwind in the evenings. It was way more economical than a hotel and we loved the privacy/quietness (despite the noisy construction happening nearby). Host and check in/checkout process was very helpful and seamless.

Great, safe neighborhood. Clean little apartment. 25 minute walk to all of the hotspots, plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance.

We had a fabulous time in Nashville...only 3 days but we packed in a lot. If you don't mind walking you can avoid paying for parking. We walked to many bars ( must go to Jason Aldeen's roof top) , the gulch and the foot bridge. The Tennessee legislature was also incredible. Our host was very sweet and made sure we were comfortable. The kitchen is very tiny but enough to make an easy meal. The place was spotless. I would highly recommend the location. The outdoor fireplace and lounge area were a hit on our gorgeous February vacay. We hope to return!

Safe neighborhood and close to downtown. The apartment smelled very clean as soon as I walked in. Great communication from the property manager. Everything was perfect.

I definitely recommend this place!! First off, the bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever had away from home - no hotel or vrbo has even come close. We travel a lot and almost always come home with back aches because the beds are so hard but not here!! The sound machine was also helpful as the apartment is right next to the road and construction areas. We slept so well. Almost hard to get out of bed in the morning! The place was very clean and well stocked for 2 of us. The location was perfect as well! A quick Uber to broadway or a short walk to a few bars in the neighborhood. We enjoyed Losers and Hopsmith (especially the brunch!). Absolutely recommend!!!

This is a very nice place. It is away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway but close enough to enjoy it. Also the amenity of the outside fire pit and chairs made it nice on a clear night.

We had a great stay on Music Row! We were close to everything, we felt very safe & secure & the property was very clean. Christy, the property manager, was very responsive. We had trouble with the code when we arrived on Thanksgiving & she answered our call right away & got us in, even on a holiday. We’d love to stay here again if we got the chance!
