Property is clean, offers a great location and nice amenities. Host was gracious and very easy to communicate with during the reservation process and the stay. All thumbs up for our visit!

We were attending a conference at the convention center, and this location worked well for us. Two people stayed upstairs and one downstairs. It could be a little problematic if you needed three sleeping areas, as the third sleeping area would be the living room.
The property worked great for the three of us. We are likely to use the property again if it is available when we need it.

The house is well-maintained and comfortable, and is located on a lovely street. The dining table is large. The outdoor gazebo is a plus. Our family of three enjoyed the stay.

There's a lot to do in St. Charles but staying here gave us a way to feel like we could relax at the start and end of our days.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the close proximity to Main Street. The downstairs shower could use an upgrade but other than that the house was warm and cozy.

Beautiful home, very clean, responsive owner. The only thing I would change in the description is that there are two twin beds and they are folded up in a closet. There are truly two rooms and no real space for the additional twin beds unless they were opened in the living room. Just the same, we enjoyed our stay and Matt tended to a lot of nice touches and details. Ie leaving an Xmas tree plugged in and lit for us and snacks in the kitchen. Thank you Matt!

We loved the historic home in Mid-town St. Charles. Beautifully decorated, well-kept and clean. The home is close to Main Street shops and restaurants. Wonderful stay!

However if you are older adults the steps to the upstairs are really steep.

My husband and I spent our 27th anniversary here and enjoyed the charming town of St. Charles. The house is a very nice mix of modern and historic. The gazebo was a lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood.

Loved the gazebo and everything was clean and easy. Steep stairs to attic bedroom might be tricky for seniors with hip or knee issues, but would be fine for kids.

Beautiful neighborhood and convenient location, the home was comfortable and beautiful as well. (The landscaping was tremendous!) It was perfect for our family of six adults. The Host was responsive and helpful, and we look forward to staying here again. Thank you, so much!

Need quiet space, actually lots of space, walking and safe neighborhoods.
This place was all of that and I enjoyed it after work quite a bit.

They were ants for three days. There are no air vent fans in both bathrooms. There is no window in the bathroom downstairs. The lights kept flickering now and then. Didn’t like that we had to strip our beds.

The house was great and I loved walking around the neighborhood to look at all the historic homes. Plus we we’re just 4 minutes from downtown St Charles and the riverfront.

The house and grounds were beautiful. The beds were so comfortable. We felt very safe and we were all so comfortable. Matt was wonderful to communicate with and always responded promptly. We will return and and I will tell my friends about this wonderful place to stay. Thank you.

My husband and his friends did a weekend here for his 40th birthday, 24hr of playing DnD lol. The table comfortably held everything they needed, and I was told the chairs were surprisingly comfortable! The tv in the living was massive and fun to watch a movies. Beds were comfortable, not something every vrbo has. Heat and a/c were wonderful! Thanks to stl weather, we used both. The host was outstanding with communication and was insanely fast in responding. I would stay here again. Thanks Matt

Such a cute, comfy house that has the perfect location! We were able to take a short walk to Main Street for all of the shops and restaurants and had such a wonderful time!
We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather in January so we were able to take advantage of the outdoor area and gazebo!
The owner, Matt, is super responsive and accommodating. We absolutely loved this home and can’t wait to come back!

Super cozy, comfortable, clean home. Amazing, unlimited coffee bar and was decorated for the holidays. Easy check in and always quick response from host. Wonderful location, close to Main St. and other restaurants. Loved staying here so close to Christmas.

This VRBO will be my go-to every time I visit St. Charles. This beautiful home, in a lovely historic location, is convenient to the conference I attended at Two Convention Center Plaza, to the gorgeous campus of Lindenwood University, and offered me easy access to a great grocery store that had everything I needed. Matt is a helpful and gracious host! 5 stars!!!

My girlfriends and I spent the weekend in St. Charles at this perfect little house. It is a great house and the location is awesome! Just a short walk from Main Street. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

We popped in for a quick family visit and catch a Cardinals game. Super convenient for both! The cottage is charming and well appointed. The cobblestone courtyard and landscaping is lovely. The gazebo is perfect for a cuppa in the morning or a glass of wine at night. Walk up to Lady Di’s for breakfast for way too much food and a laugh with the owner, she’s a kick!

We stayed in this darling cottage for a month while visiting friends and family in the area. Perfect location near Main St (10 min walk) and close to I70 too. Clean, comfortable and equipped for a short or long stay. Excellent communication with our host Matt before and during our stay. Highly recommend for a couple or more. There are steps to 2nd floor and basement laundry if that is a concern. We had one maintenance issue that was promptly addressed. Lots of bonuses too- 75 inch tv, stocked Keurig, gazebo for lounging outside, nice linens and towels and fall decor appearing on time! We had a wonderful stay!❤️

Owner was helpful and kind. The home was well stocked and had everything we needed. I really appreciated the first aid kit. The outdoor space was beautiful!

We were a group of old friends who wanted to get together after Covid. We decided to use VRBO for a fun evening of catching up on everyones news, have dinner, play games. A pajama party. We had a good time and felt we had an 18 hour vacation.
