This was our very first Vrbo and loved it! So spacious and sparkly clean with completely furnished kitchen and beautiful decor. Great location for visits to the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Winslow and local attractions. Fun to come home in the evening and enjoy a drink on the outside patio. Enjoyed our stay!

My mom and I greatly enjoyed this spacious spot in a quiet neighborhood. A wonderful place for exploring the area as well as evening strolls through the tree-lined neighborhood.

Mu husband, 3 month old and pup spent our first trip as a family here. Very cozy, and welcoming. Great location and cutest little casita. We ate our meals at the nice island and played games at the cute little table. We very much enjoyed!!

Nice stay in Flagstaff. Beth did a great job of answering all our questions. The unit was very clean and well kept. Short drive to downtown.

The place is very clean and decorated with taste. (Wish I played the guitar; so fun that it’s there.) The enclosed yard was perfect for our dog. We felt safe letting her wander and explore.) I am in love with the Aspen trees in the yard. I could watch them flutter and quake for hours. I highly recommend Beth’s lovely cottage if you are visiting Flagstaff.

This property is in a good location close to downtown Flag and offers much better value than a hotel with a full kitchen and luxury bath. Plus, they're dog friendly.

Beth’s property was perfect for our family! The large fenced yard was great for our dog and we appreciated the amenities for our child (pack n play and toys). Highly recommend!

Beth has curated a welcoming stay for anyone visiting, the décor is bright, the bed comfy and the soaker tub and heated bathroom floor simply luxury.

Had a great stay. The property is just as advertised, heated floors and all! Beth's communication was great and responded within minutes of the handful of questions we had. Even more impressive was that the 18 inches of snow that dropped on us overnight was cleared out before we woke up in the morning.
We had a nice visit and would certainly stay again!

The house itself is well appointed and comfortable and a convenient location. However during our stay in Sept 2022 all the roads surrounding the home were being excavated and replaced. Not the peaceful setting we anticipated. The owner did offer us a partial refund.
