Perfect setting for family fun. Lake is 5 minutes from house and perfect for toddlers as well as older children. Nice fire pit area. House has been updated and game table was a winner with everyone!

the property was amazing. very clean. was stocked with all games and activities for kids. Only downfall was that property smelt like bleach and chlorine whole time from the thorough cleaning after each stay but i’d rather take a clean smell than dirty place

From start to finish, just an all-around nice place to stay. Great communication and easy check-in. The house is very clean and well maintained. Relaxing for sure. You can see the 4th fairway of the golf course with the large windows on the first floor. Having two sleeping areas would work well for two couples because you can have your own space. The living room with the TV and a gas fireplace below it is just another nice touch and a great way to relax. Outside has a large area with a fire pit for sitting and watching the stars. Just an all-around great place to stay.

We had a great stay. House was perfected. Clean, modern, great location, kids loved the game table. Home had everything, comfy beds, many ac units, washer/dryer, etc. Connivence of charing my car was amazing.

Perfect family getaway!
We had a wonderful family weekend in this gorgeous home. Our children and their spouses enjoyed cooking on the fantastic grill and in the beautiful kitchen. I loved the modern decor and the amazing storage in the pantry. Our 3 year old granddaughter had a blast in the playroom! My husband loved his long walks with our dog along the lake. We had some specific needs with a baby and a toddler and the owners were super quick to help out! We look forward to our next visit!

Perfect Fit !
This property is fantastic as a get-a-way spot in NH. 20 Min. to Mt Sunapee for skiing. Great floor plan layout. Great open spaces to enjoy with family. The house came with EVERYTHING you would ever need - it was like we were at our own home. Management was extremely quick with questions we had and VERY helpful. Thanks everyone, we hope to see you again

Family Ski Trip
Great property for families to enjoy Dartmouth/Lake Sunapee Region. We had our three kids, their spouses, grandkids and our dog. Well maintained and appointed home with plenty of room to relax and enjoy. The grandkids especially loved the same room!

We had a lil weekend getaway w friends ranging from 13-70- house is very spacious so no one felt like it was tight quarters. This is the most well equipped house I’ve stayed at. They had everything you need and then some. Excellent communication and the location was perfect. It snowed about 8” and plow was there for us and it was just lovely!! If you see a weekend vacant- take this one!

Everything was clean and a good experience overall. There was an issue with internet and some outlets didn’t have power but the property owner was quick to respond and it was resolved within a few hours.
I would recommend it and would go back for another stay! Thanks again!

The house is so beautifully designed. It was appropriately stocked with necessities, felt immediately comfortable and cozy for all of us, and the owners were very responsive to any inquiries throughout the stay.
