This is our first time in Ft Walton. The area is very difficult to navigate due to traffic congestion. The condo is pretty with fairly new appliances all of which were clean. There are plenty of dishes/utensils/pots and pans which were clean. The afternoon we arrived, we noticed lots of dust/dirt build up on all of the baseboards and on all the louvered doors; Also dirty build up around door handles, door jams, and light switches. All of the main surfaces were clean like the dining table, stove, top, and counter tops. It was as if maybe the unit had been closed up for a long time over the winter and just needed a good deep clean. I also recognize that it’s hard to get cleaning people who are thorough and notice such things. The beds all have spring mattresses. The King mattress needs to be turned or replaced as there is a hill in the middle with indentations on either side. The sliding door in the living area doesn’t slide. We ended up just traipsing through the master bedroom where there is another sliding door to the balcony. Having beach service was a nice touch! The pool is nice too.

check in & check out were so easy. all info needed was emailed in advance. condo sits right on the beach, amazing view.

This unit is decorated beautifully and has very nice appliances. It’s conveniently located and the beach service was awesome.

The location was perfect, the beach was beautiful and great places to eat and shop within walking distance. The condo was neat & clean and just as pictured online. We couldn't ask for a better place to stay.

Time to update, been coming for years and this was my most disappointing condo I have stayed in. Had to even go borrow patio furniture myself. For the price I paid not worth it.
