We had a fabulous time in Moss Beach at this property. Our host was communicative, check in and out was a breeze, I would recommend this place to anyone. Moss Beach is an ideal home base for day trips into San Francisco, or for venturing South to experience more of the coast. This house has wonderful ocean views from the deck and main living area, even from the kitchen! We saw seals basking at low tide, and were walking distance from a great view of the famous Mavericks surfing area. Truly can't say enough about the whole experience, it was ideal for our family.

Wonderful home with great ocean views with very comfortable beds! We were thrilled to receive such a delicious welcome basket full of lots of snacks, treats and personal supplies such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, deodorant and a nice bottle of wine. The property manager Sarah was great, her fast response time and communication was excellent.

A bunch of friends arrived in Half Moon Bay for another friend’s memorial, so eight of us rented this property for the weekend. The backyard fire pit allowed us a great spot to entertain a few other friends. The best part of the whole thing is the stupendous ocean view from the front balcony. Wow! I would rent this again in a heartbeat. Loved it!

We were in the area for a wedding in Montara. This home was great. Sarah was easy to deal with and very responsive. She also left a very nice welcome basket with snacks and other helpful items like toothbrushes and deodorant just in case we had forgotten something. We also appreciated the coffee in the cupboard and a few items in the refrigerator. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed. The views of the ocean are terrific and the porch was a great place to hang out and watch the waves.

We are from PNW, and we’re visiting for a family celebration. The house has a great upstairs layout including a nice deck with spectacular views of the ocean. Conveniently located so we could shuttle down the coast, and very accessible to some terrific hikes to the beach, parks or restaurants. The ADU In the backyard was very helpful for our larger group. Loved it.

Such a great experience spending time by the beach with a small group of good friends. Beautiful & clean home, easy check in process, nice views of the beach/sunsets. Lots of extra blankets for lounging around and watching TV, extra towels for the beach. Also had a cute fenced backyard! We really enjoyed our stay!

We had the pleasure to stay at this Moss Beach property in January and it was fabulous! The home is wonderful for a group gathering with ocean views to die for! With 4 bedrooms and open living/kitchen/dining areas you can enjoy group settings as well as privacy too. The living areas had so many windows that you can enjoy the ocean views inside and out all day. The queen size beds/linens are soooo comfortable. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook all our meals (even a large Turkey roaster). Our host responded quickly to a few questions we had with no issues during our stay. Thank you Sarah for the convenient host goodies that came in handy. Can’t wait to visit this property again!

Sarah was the most wonderful host! Her beautiful home is in a perfect location with incredible views. It is located close enough to shopping conveniences yet far enough away to feel completely at peace on the ocean. The layout is inviting both inside and out, spacious and perfect for different sleeping arrangements/privacy with larger groups. It's in a quiet neighborhood which makes it so nice to enjoy the sound of the ocean from the huge deck and is conveniently located steps from the bluffs and trails to Pillar Point Harbor. The home is light, bright, airy and the decor and spa like bedrooms made for a very relaxing experience. Our entire family was happy and smiling the entire stay. Sarah is wonderful to work with, we will definitely be back!

Perfect getaway from the city. Quiet neighborhood, and a gem of a find. We will be back!
