Stayed here for our son's wedding. Comfortable, quiet, clean. Very adequate for the two of us. Enjoyed the neighbor's wind chimes! Couldn't watch TV except for free news channels.

Perfect place to stay while visiting family.

It was very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. The air conditioning was appreciated, but the apartment also stayed cool most of the day due to its location. We enjoyed sitting on the patio, and found everyone to be very friendly in the complex. The location allowed us to get everywhere we wanted to go quickly and easily.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights. The kitchen had everything we needed (coffee pot was a bit small for our habit). Rooms were clean, two nice tvs with Wi-Fi and movie channels, This was a basement apartment so not much privacy if you open all the drapes. We were gone most of the time, so not an issue for us.

So clean, organized, comfortable, and pretty.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. It met our needs perfectly. The owner was very helpful in extending our stay. I would definitely stay here again.

I stayed Monday through Saturday. When I checked in it was about 5 PM and I was concerned about street noise given the location of this unit. Turned out to not be a problem at all. Parking was off street and the spot was big enough that I wasn’t concerned about door dings. The apartment complex itself is in an older section of Idaho Falls and the other residents didn’t really maintain the outside of their places nicely so it felt a bit grungy (certainly not the owners fault, just something to consider). You don’t have a great view if you open the curtains and people walking by would easily be able to see inside. No big deal for me as I was mostly gone during daylight hours and never opened the drapes. Just something to consider if you are a person who likes to throw open your curtains in the morning. The unit was very clean and all the furnishings appeared to be new and in good condition. I appreciated having access to a full kitchen and used it several times for light cooking and found it was stocked with what I needed to include coffee filters, salt/pepper and Saran Wrap. Streaming wasn’t fantastic and “lack of connection” messages would pop up but not a huge deal. Towel racks for the hand towels would have been nice as would have been more toilet paper and a box of tissues. I bought both part way through my stay. The owner did check in with me once I got checked in which was thoughtful. Overall, it’s a nice little space and met my needs which was quiet, clean, safe and a full kitchen.

Really clean, comfortable with adequate supplies. The queen bed was comfy. King was a little softer than we like. Coin operated washer/dryer was nice to have available. Very nice comfortable living room furniture.

We came in for a quick three night stay. We were visiting friends to attend a celebration of life. The unit was everything we needed. It was very well kept, clean, and well equipped.

All the luxuries of home. Manager was super nice and easy to work with. Neighbors were quiet. Central location with everything close by. Would definitely recommend!

My son and I stayed here for a local baseball tournament. It was perfect. Way better than a hotel. Clean and well stocked with the things we needed. Close to all the fields (about 6 minutes drive time), grocery stores, etc. I loved that we both had our own rooms and a living room to hang out in together. It was also great to have a kitchen to cook simple meals. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a hotel alternative. The neighborhood itself was semi residential-semi industrial, but it was quiet and felt safe.

I just think that people looking at the property should be aware that apartment complex provides basic, functional accommodations. The unit itself is decent - well maintained and reasonably appointed. The internet is very good; I ran a speed test from the second bedroom Recorded > 100 MBPS for both download and uploaded. I didn't do any cooking; the kitchen did appear well furnished except for a wine bottle opener and wine glasses.
