Property is clean. Well taken care of and exactly as advertised. We have stayed at many different places and this one is our favorite! Thank you.

Our first impression was the front door completely covered with mold. It smelled like mold inside as well. You could also see visible mold on ceiling air vents, and on the bathroom mirror. All of our clothes smell of mold, even the ones we didn't wear. One of my daughters is now coughing with a sore throat, which I blame on the mold, of course.
It was well stocked and the decor was nice. The chairs on the patio were great.
Fortunately we only slept here and spent the rest of the time with another family at a larger house down the block.
I don't like leaving a negative review, but really want people to know before they book here.

we enjoyed our stay, but it was in need of repairs. safety repairs, cosmetic I'm fine with, it needs those too. nail sticking out of the stairs inside, few of us got stabbed. the railing going into the house is rotting. one fell off when we used and others about to. the bridge to the beach had quite a few boards not attached, swayed when walked on.

Worse place I have ever stayed at! Dirty dishes, coffee pot was disgusting dishwasher was broke and had water standing in it with white stuff all in the bottom, dryer didn’t work, some lights didn’t work, chip bag and other trash under the bed and the balcony door wouldn’t lock. Contacted the owners and was told sorry you’re disappointed in your stay I’ll have maintance come out, then was told repair guy for the dryer would be out and they NEVER showed up!

Enjoyed location but was greeted with front door almost solid mold .I had to clean due to smell of mildew . Shower curtain in upstairs bathroom was barely hanging on by a screw . Doors would not close on bedrooms or bathrooms . One of sliding glass doors would not lock and as I was carrying baby in hallway upstairs the baseboard fell from Wall right in my path and almost made me trip . This could be a nice place , furnishing are nice but definitely needs repair .

We came for family vacation and we loved staying here. It was a short walk to the beach and we liked the decor of the house .

Had a wonderful 2 night/3 day stay. The condo is so close to the beach! Wonderful clean condo. All the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had all we needed for cooking. We also grilled burgers on the grill. Had a bonfire on the beach with s’mores. Just a wonderful time with a clean beautiful beach. Thank you! We’ll be back!

Nice condo right off the beach with beautiful views in a fairly private area. Well appointed with pots, pans, dishes, and quality appliances. Very comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed in the same complex before and loved that stay. The house itself was fine this time. However the mosquitos in the beach access area were HORRENDOUS - flying into ears/nose/mouth! Could not utilize the decks at all.
I don't know if keeping that area more mowed/trimmed would help. Just a heads up for anyone looking to visit in mid-late Aug.

The condo was in a great location. It's perfect if you are there for a few days or a long weekend.

Perfect for families
This place is perfect for a beachside getaway without the hustle and bustle of nearby Galveston! Surfside is laidback and great for families! The beach is only steps away from the home and it’s not overly crowded as a lot of public beaches are! The home was clean and had everything we needed for our days. Our kiddos loved the themes of the rooms and the layout. Such beautiful views for a beach vacay. Will definitely be back again next year!

Wall mounted items need fixed to walk tightly (safety). Up stairs bathroom water did not seem to get very hot (comfort). All and all we had a great stay. Thanks for having us!
