We were disappointed with our stay at this home. We would like to talk with someone about a refund to compensate us for the lack of amenities and leisure that we were expecting and were promised. During our stay we spent more time than we would have liked trying to report issues etc and things were left unresolved during our time there. We never truly were able to enjoy or utilize all that we had paid for. Issues in the home.... -hot tub not useable, jets were not working -AC in rec room not working, very warm in this room -TV in rec room not working, remote would not change channels or volume -bathroom door on 1st floor does not lock (had to use others) -outdoor shower not functional -wasp nest caused us not to use deck and outdoor space near it -dirty laundry from previous occupant's stay was left in foyer and never picked up by Vacasa We had asked multiple times for someone to call my husbands phone number while we were there with no response.

House was very nice, clean, had everything needed for a 3 night stay. Hot tub was cold and not working, this is one reason why i choose this house. Would be great to have 5 rooms with all queen or king beds. Down stairs mattresse needs to be replaced. Overall great place.

Gorgeous home and a gorgeous location. My friends and I had a great retreat from the city to Ocean Pines. Everything was as described. The only issue was that we had issues with some of the appliances (ie: washing machine did not work) but the property manager office was able to assist to the best of their capabilities by sending additional towels and offered a refund of some of our stay (still waiting for that refund....) Other than that we loved our stay in Ocean Pines and this incredible vacation home.

Our family group of 10 stayed at this property for a week in August. The house was clean and spacious. We made use of the hot tub several times. A 20 minute drive to the OC beach, and the Ocean Pines parking pass provided free parking at the beach. The pools are beautiful - there is even one right at the beach. We loved the Yacht Club pool, where there was table service for mixed drinks and surprisingly delicious food. Try the crab flatbread and the roasted Brussels sprouts. Some terrific amenities at the house - top notch appliances, including a 6-burner Viking stove, a dual level dishwasher for smaller and larger loads, cold filtered water in the fridge to refill water bottles and an ice maker. So nice to eat breakfast on the awning-shaded patio. No long lines at the supermarket in Ocean Pines - in fact I downloaded the Food Lion app to place a large order for delivery Sunday morning. Worth the delivery fee - you can order for pickup to avoid delivery fees. Loved that we didn’t have to make the beds ourselves as in other houses we’ve rented, and that a nice starter pack of soaps, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, a few laundry pods and toilet paper was provided. The towels were plentiful and higher quality than in most rentals. Huge capacity washer and dryer as well. If you don’t want to go to crowded OC restaurants, consider those right in Ocean Pines. We tried Taylor’s and Paradise Pizza snd Grill. Both very good and very reasonably priced. Try the eggplant parmigiana at Paradise - enough to share! All in all a great experience.

Loved and enjoyed hot tub, location of the property is perfect with 10-15 minute drive to board walk and other attractions. Bed in guest rooms were not firm enough, cause back aches. Ping pong table in the play room is broken and out of place as there is not enough room to play.

The bedroom layout is great, with one bedroom on the first floor, master bedroom on the second floor and four bedrooms on the third. We brought a boat and used the boat lift. Easy access from the boat ramp. Wonderful stay for us.
