Pride of ownership is evident as soon as you walk it. Very well stocked for everything you need. Great neighbours too. Highly recommend!

Our family of five stayed in this lovely home while in town for a week for vacation and soccer tournament. Home is just as pictured, totally renovated and lovely. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend. Only suggestion would be to put a TV in master bedroom😊. Host is also very nice and cares about making sure all is good with your stay.

Enjoyed the home immensely. It fit our needs perfectly…Went to visit my son and our new grandson…Just 5 minutes from their home…Will definitely rebook in the future. Totally remodeled. No stairs…. Fully fenced backyard.

We spent 9 days in Denver to visit family for the holidays. The house was so pleasant and was ideal for our family of four. We had our own bedrooms that were a very comfortable size; the kitchen was also a good size and provided everything we needed for meals in; the two bathrooms with showers were also roomy and well-stocked; the washer/dryer is new as are appliances in the kitchen. The location was also quite convenient: we were 15 minutes from everything we wanted to do downtown. We were also quite close to major highways for visiting family in other parts of the city. And the 38th Ave and Tennyson area was super with lots of good restaurants and shopping just 10 minutes away. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Our daughter decided to host Thanksgiving in Denver but her apartment was too small for our out-of-town family (and puppy); house was perfect; quiet & friendly neighborhood, good place to walk the dog; easy drive to daughter's apartment as well as places to eat and entertainment venues. We'll return when we visit in the future.

This property was just what I was looking for to explore Denver and hit a Red Rocks concert from. It’s not far from main roads and freeways into and around Denver and the road to Red Rocks. It’s situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. All of the rooms and spaces were clean and comfortable. The kitchen and appliances allowed us to make our own meals

Nicely redone house in a central location and quiet neighborhood - nearby Zuni Park is lovely! Host quick to respond to inquiries and friendly. Would definitely stay again!

Very nicely renovated house hidden away in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen well equipped. Bedrooms were comfortable. Outdoor patio had comfortable seating and working propane grill! Host was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Easy parking with driveway for two cars and plenty of street parking in front of house.

This little house in Berkley worked well for our three-generational family. We enjoyed walking and running in the nearby parks and sunset dinners in the backyard.

We had 6 adults and 2 dogs staying in this home - there was plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed hanging out in the backyard, playing card games in the kitchen, and relaxing around the house. Beautiful home and so close to downtown!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We were first time visitors to Colorado and Denver, and were in town for a concert. The house was everything it was promised to be plus more! Check in was seamless, it had all of the amenities we needed plus a great location- it was easy to get to and from when heading into town for food and sightseeing. Would certainly stay here again if I find myself in Denver another time!

Everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Family of 6 adults and one 2 yr old in town from out of state to visit Denver friends and attend wedding in foothills.
Clean, comfortable kitchen and living area, outdoor patio and fenced backyard, 2 nice bathrooms and washer/dryer.
One king bedroom, one queen bedroom and one bedroom with bunk beds-double on bottom and single on top. Neighborhood felt safe, walked to nearby park with playground and nice view of downtown.
Easy access to I-70 to get to mountains and also close to central Denver.

We were in Denver for the National Western Stock Show. This proved to be the perfect location for our family. A short 10 minute drive. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. The six of us could maintain our own individual schedules, prepare meals in advance and enjoy all amenities offered. Communication may be the best we have experienced in a vacation rental. Great remodel! Thank you!

This property was just right for our family Christmas gathering this year! The weather was exceptionally cold so we stayed indoors and played games and watched movies together. The kitchen was perfect for big family breakfasts! The house was very cozy!

This property was very comfortable for our group of 5 adults. Modern, clean decor. Location is a quiet neighborhood close to the northeast side of downtown so easy access to get to restaurants although the kitchen had an excellent supply of pots/pans/ supplies so you can easily cook anything you might want. . Monica was great with communication. If we are in the area again, we would love to stay again

My family (ages 35, 35, 9, 7, 3) rented this home for 5 days. It was perfect. My commute into my conference at the convention center was less than 15 minutes. There’s a park a short walk away that the kids played in. All appliances were new and the home was very clean. The quiet neighborhood allowed for great sleep once we returned from our outdoor adventures.

Property is accurately described by host. The property appears to be entirely remodeled inside with quality furniture, appliances and other amenities. Host makes it easy to access. Location is near major interstates allowing for easy movement throughout the metro. We would rent again!

Was very impressed with this property. Owners did a great job of remodeling - especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Extremely clean when we arrived. Comfortable beds. The location was great - an easy10 minute drive south and you are in downtown Denver. Less than 5 minutes from interstates. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

We are so glad we chose to stay at the Berkley house. This cozy home has been beautifully remodeled and has everything we needed. The kitchen is well-designed, and includes a dishwasher. The dishes just stack on open shelves, providing for easy access and clean up. We appreciated having 2 bathrooms. The front bath has a good sized walk in shower and nice stacked LG washer & dryer, (with speed setting- so handy!) And the vessel sinks are a lovely touch. We also like that the main bedroom has a king size bed and ceiling fan. The house is nicely decorated and well stocked. The backyard is enclosed and has a good sized patio with cushy outdoor furniture and a gas grill. We definitely recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at the home. It was really clean, well stocked and a perfect size
for our family. Since we kids it was nice that the neighborhood was quiet at night! The location was also close to a lot of great restaurants and attractions. Monica was responsive to all my questions and provided clear guidelines for the home. A+!

The neighborhood was a bit rough, with a lot of run down places on nearby streets (nothing on our block). House doesn't look like much from the outside, very plain and no grass in yard. The inside was all newly remodeled and very clean, so it was quite pleasant. Beds were comfortable. Only master bedroom had a ceiling fan, which made the other 2 rooms a bit stuffy. Backyard patio had a nice seating area, and it was quite pleasant to sit out at night, it was also a very quiet area. It was a convenient location on the west/NW side of Denver, so we could explore easily (for example RMNP, El Dorado springs were pretty convenient). Owners were responsive and allowed us early check in. Overall very happy with this property. It worked well for us.

We enjoyed our stay, house was cute and clean in a central location for all the activities we wanted to do. Well appointed with everything we needed. The only thing that was a problem for us, which some may like, was the bed was very firm. Otherwise a great trip!

We enjoyed our stay here. The house was beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Denver. My only complaint was the thermostat was a little funky and hard to control internally. Still, the owner was quick to communicate with us regarding the temperature, which I appreciated.
