We celebrated Granddad's 80th birthday with the family, 9 altogether. Accomodations couldn't have been better. Patio and pool were wonderful to relax in. Location is close to beachs/gulf but in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Yard if fully fenced in so accomodated a dog with no issues. All the comforts and conveniences of home. Would definately book again.

Very nice place... well-appointed and a short drive to he beaches. Has everything you need plus some wonderful touches like the massage chair, ping-pong and foosball tables, hammock on the pool deck, the pool itself and cozy neighborhood. We had plenty of space for our group and my daughter enjoyed her 18th birthday weekend getaway! Would definitely come back again.

The house was beautiful very well organized. Lots of extra linens. Beach was less then 10 minutes away. Carol was very attentive and quick response. She had great recommendations for excellent restaurants. House was spacious and amazing pool. Quite neighbor. I would definitely go back.

My family had a wonderful time staying at Carol’s place during our family vacation! My parents were very comfortable staying in the downstairs master suite. My kids loved the heated pool to come back to relax in the evenings. It is in a very convenient location near DeSoto National Memorial Park, Robinson preserve, and a Publix grocery store. The house is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood and we are already planning our next trip to come again! Carol has thoughtfully planned everything that one might need.

This was the first time our family booked a vacation rental. So thankful we got to work with someone like Carol. We loved our stay. Carol was extremely kind and very easy to communicate with, and the booking was trouble-free. The kitchen was better equipped than my own home. The listing was exactly as described and better. The owner provided everything we could possibly require for our stay at the house and our trips to the beach. Also, loved the welcome book with helpful tips and places to eat and visit. We felt very welcomed. Would highly recommend this wonderful stay.

Carol is the Super Host of all Vacation Rental Hosts. She made sure our family reunion week was Incredible from the first time I contacted her about Sunshine Getaway. Our family had the best week in Bradenton in June in this beautiful well appointed home. It was an amazing house for little ones with toys, pool toys, crib, high chair even a potty chair. Our family with a wide range of ages all loved everything about Sunshine Getaway and felt right at home. We especially enjoyed the lovely swimming pool with full cage enclosure. The pool was sparkling clean and ready for fun the minute we arrived. The covered seating area, propane grill, hammock and ping pong table made it our favorite place to gather and enjoy out time together as a family. We spent hours everyday in this beautiful oasis. The kitchen and family room had everything we needed to enjoy family meals together. The beds were very comfortable and every room was well appointed with beautiful furnishings, pillows, blankets ect. She even had two air mattresses that were top quality and very comfortable. Great water pressure in all of the showers. The 3.5 bathrooms are all really beautiful with lots of extras. The garage has so many extras in it for us to enjoy the beach and a basketball game that was a lot of fun. Air conditioning worked perfectly. We loved the large parking area for our 3 vans and beautiful front porch and yard. We all enjoyed the massage chair and all of the beautiful artwork, televisions, and lighting inside and outside. Carol guided us to the best beaches, we loved Coquina Beach and the plentiful parking and amenities. In summary Sunshine Getaway is a great vacation home in a great location. Carol is a Super Host, helpful, kind, very responsive and she was determined to make our vacation perfect. Which it was! The 10 adults in our family highly recommend Sunshine Getaway and our Host Carol. We would love to return soon to this lovely vacation home.

The home was easily accessible from the airport and entry was exactly as described. Carol is responsive and always accessible. My children loved their bunk bed room and the living room. The house well clean and had so many cooking tools. Eating in was helpful with young kids and budgeting and healthier! We are already planning a return visit.

Great stay at a wonderful home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and plan on coming back!
