It is very clean, nice and perfect for a family and friends gathering. Close to beach also. Near by nice shopping mall also. I recommend this very much. Thanks

We enjoyed our stay at 20 Knotts Way. The house was very nice and had plenty of room. The only complaints would be that a few of the shower control knobs needed some work and the room with all the bunk beds that slept the largest number of people only had a small bathroom attached which can be a challenge. Overall we enjoyed the house very much!

The home was very clean and very comfortable, it had everything my big family needed. The only downside of our stay was the lack of privacy. We had maintenance crews showing up fully unnanounced from 8:30 am to 9:30 pm every day of our stay. They have the garage code so they do not knock and on one instance they entered the home unnanounced and sprayed foul smelling pesticides while our lunch was sitting out. We had never experienced anything like this while renting and was shocked when it continued to happen. The property manager assured us they were trusted maintenance personnel, but it is very hard to relax at the beach when a crew of strangers is at your home.

We had 20 adults stay at the house for a golf trip. Even though we were nervous if bunk beds being an option for 30plus yr old men to stay in, reports from that room is they slept fantastic. The house is awesome. Short walk to the beach easy. Huge garage for clubs and cars. Overall the place was awesome and if HH is the place for a trip in the future we will be staying here again.

The property was exactly as it appeared on VRBO. The 4th-floor bunk room was amazing, with plenty of things to occupy little ones. There are 16 - 18 of us ranging in age from 3 - 68 and there it can get very loud and chaotic at times, the house is spacious enough to provide separate areas for those that want some quiet and provide ample space for the whole group to share meals and play games. Perfect location for access to the beach. The beach location was great, not too crowded. The house provided more than enough chairs and umbrellas, the bikes were a bonus as well. The linens and bedding were great and the kitchen was well stocked with necessary cooking utensils and good pans. The washer and dryer are small which presented a challenge keeping up with towels for the large group. Great place for a family gathering.

This home is everything as described and more! We had eleven ladies for a girlfriends' weekend and everyone loved the home and location. It was clean and well equipped. Kitchen items are in great condition and abundant. The elevator was fantastic and worked well, unlike some other rentals we've stayed in. The maintenance staff was called for a loose towel bar and he was so polite and accommodating. The location to the beach can't be beat. The beach area is perfect and between two busy areas, so you don't get the large resort activity in this particular locaton. I highly recommend this home!
