Thoroughly enjoyed our football weekend staying at this property. It had plenty of room along with everything needed to prepare our meals. Great property.

We were looking for a close to home lake house and this was our #1 choice. Beautiful, well-appointed home with an excellent lake location. We had such a wonderful time and definitely will be back. I recommend this home (and renter) with complete satisfaction/confidence.

We had an excellent time. We really enjoyed staying in the rental. We rented a boat for a few days and kept it at the property. The lake was peaceful. I am not sure how it is at other times of the year; but, in the fall there was hardly anyone else around. We didn’t swim or kayak; but, I am sure those options would be really enjoyable during the summer months.

House was great. Everything the pictures show is here and great. Worth the booking!

The house was so wonderful! The setup was amazing and the location was perfect. Would definitely go back. The provided kayaks and paddle boat were utilized, allowing the teens to use them as well as our own boats. The new fire pit area was really nice also. Such a nice getaway!!

Our family had a great time celebrating our daughter's graduation from Clemson on Lake Hartwell. This lake home was even prettier in person. The home furnishings and outside amenities were perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked and well organized. We enjoyed time on the dock, the kayaks and paddle boat were so much fun. The fire pit and dart board made for a fun evening. Just a wonderful weekend. So thankful for this time with our family. The hosts were quick to answer questions and very helpful.

We have been to this neighborhood a few times and have loved the location. This home is right on the water with a great dock! The house is tidy and well decorated. Overall one of our favorites to stay in from over the years. The fire-pit and the smores were a huge hit!! Only suggestion is more blankets! Thanks for allowing us to stay. We had a blast!!

This is a nice home, modern, clean, and located on a quiet cove of Lake Hartwell. Great property to bring a boat. Slip to keep our boat in, and nice dock to hang out.

Everything was absolutely perfect! We rent VRBO quite often and this is probably the best house we’ve stayed at. The house was immaculately clean, well stocked, and the perfect size for our 6 people. All the little extras just took it above and beyond, from the paddle boat, fire pit, floats, s’mores kit, etc. And Cindy is the best, most responsive, welcoming host ever! We will most definitely be back!

Weather was beautiful. Enjoyed visiting nearby State Park. Also went into town of Lavonia to eat at recommended places. 211 Main street Bakery/Cafe was wonderful. Loved having 2 kayaks for our use, we used them daily. Overall a very quiet and relaxing getaway.

This location was perfect for our family getaway on the lake. Cindy was extremely responsive and helpful. The family had a blast and we definitely look forward to staying here again!

We were in town for a weekend class. The property was a great way to unwind from long days, enjoy the lake and fire up the grill. No complaints at all.

Stayed here with my wife and teenage daughter with her best friend. We took the upstairs, they had their own space downstairs, great setup. Exactly what we needed - the reviews are all accurate and the owner communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

As soon as I opened the door, it smelled clean and great. Very lakey decorative. kitchen was stocked great. Extra paper towel, extra tp, coffee. Everything was clean. Bathrooms super clean. Beds very comfy. Washer and dryer was very convenient. Outside area was amazing. loved the back porch, the firepit, and of course the dock!!!! Very quiet area. Both neighbors were great ! We went on paddeboat, kayaks, jumped from dock. We rented a pontoon and we came to house for lunch. Great property. Great communication with manager throughout. Will definitely go again!!!! Thank you!

The location was perfect and we felt right at home immediately. Also had very thoughtful extras like s’more ingredients for the fire pit, some bottled water and plenty of beach towels. We kayaked and used the paddle boat in the lovely cove. Great weekend and great rental experience! Thank you 😊

If you want a very beautiful, clean and well appointed comfortable home with all the amenities you can think of, this is the home! The dock, fire pit and outside is as inviting as the inside. Owner is very accommodating and responsive too. I am a property manager in a vacation spot and this owner truly cares about the comfort and enjoyability of her guests. Home is also located on a nice quiet cove in a quiet neighborhood close to the highway. Well done, best house to rent on the lake! We cannot wait to return!

We stayed 2 nights at this property to celebrate my birthday. The home was clean, nicely decorated and well stocked. The kids enjoyed fishing from the dock and kayaks. The only glitch we encountered was that our truck with the boat trailer did not fit in the parking area at the house. Thankfully the gas station down the street allowed us to park the truck and trailer there at no cost.

The host was very helpful with check-in and questions. The house has good space for family as well as for our teenagers to gather apart from us. Great fire pit, dock and is in a nice cove with sunrise views. Located off Tugaloo State Park Rd 1.5 miles from the park. House had lots of kitchen and bathroom supplies. Not much in the way of groceries nearby so shop before you arrive. But several cute dining options in Lavonia and a wonderful vintage shop. Great stay.

The property is just as pictured and we loved it! The kitchen was fully equipped to make a 5 course meal. The house was clean and fit all 8 family members just fine. The outdoor space is really what we came for and it didn’t disappoint. The amount of space, outdoor furniture and activities was outstanding. It was a great 20th anniversary!

We loved staying here for our weekend getaway! The house has a great setup and view in a quiet neighborhood. We were in town for the Clemson football game and the property was an easy commute to Clemson for game time. Cindy also contacted us with recommendations of things to do on one of the rainy days, which we really appreciated. Already planning our trip back next football season!

The house was perfect, great location, clean, a lot of amenities, including s’mores ingredients left on the counter for us! We had a family wedding in the area so didn’t get to take advantage of the dock and kayaks but wish we could have. The host was responsive. Would def book again and highly recommend.

This charming and very comfortable house made our quick two day trip to Georgia for my future daughter in law’s bridal well worth our trip from California. We really only had one full day, so having so much to do right on and near the property was so much fun. This house is so well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway for any occasion.

The house is beautiful, very nicely decorated and has everything you might need for a lake getaway. Ample parking. Lovely deck with good outdoor furniture. The dock had plenty of seating and umbrellas for shade. Cindy was very responsive, and willing to make sure we had everything we needed. The only thing that didn’t work for me, is all the mattresses are VERY firm, and I need a softer mattress, but that’s just me. Loved our visit to this cabin.

I had a 40th birthday get away with some family. Upon arrival a note and some 40th birthday plates and napkins were left for me and some s’mores fixings. Cindy went far and beyond to make me feel special. The house was the cleanest place that I have ever stayed in while on vacation. It was well equipped with everything we needed. The kayaks and paddle boat was loved by the whole family. Probably, one of my most favorite things was the hummingbird feeder. I lost my grandmother and hummingbirds make me think of her. While eating breakfast they were many birds flying around eating. It was truly a special moment for me. I highly recommend staying here. In fact we will probably be back soon. If I had a negative comment it would be that the photos didn’t do the home justice.

My girls and I really enjoyed staying at this lakehouse. The host was very friendly, fast to respond to my questions,and paid attention to every detail making our stay perfect.

As said in other reviews, the hosts for this property truly understand renters and how to make it an easy and welcoming experience. The hosts were great about answering questions in advance such as tips for where to rent a boat. It was just wonderful how well stocked the home is from the bathrooms, kitchen, and games to the dock and lake gear. All we needed to do was show up with some clothes and groceries. There's plenty of seating inside and out to make it comfortable for all. The water is a nice quiet cove which was perfect for less lake traffic and great to swim/float around right off the dock. A big plus of this property is that the lake is just a short easy path from the house as opposed to many homes with steep steps. Even with rain, it was a great getaway. Only thing we'd change (for our family) would be wishing one of the downstairs bedrooms had had two twins v. a queen for teenage boys to share the room but the pullout couch was an easy alternative. Overall, a perfect lake property that we appreciate the hosts sharing with us!
