Great house set up. Plenty of space for multiple families.

The house had everything you could need to have a perfect vacation. Location is wonderful, pool was warm, house was clean, comfortable and would go back anytime.

We arrived the evening after a heavy wind and rainstorm. There was a good deal of debris settled in the pool and all over the outside seating areas. It was not a promising beginning to a much-looked-forward-to week by the pool...By the afternoon of our first day, there was literally no evidence of a storm! The property manager called and showed up himself, and had a landscape crew and the pool guys there - no small feat given the severity of the storm and the fact that everybody in the area was in need of the same type of cleanup. Greatly appreciated! The pool and outside areas were the main attraction for us. The house is very nice, with plenty of space for five adults to spread out and have some privacy. The kitchen has everything you'd expect, and all the bathrooms are very nicely updated. The location is great too, close to the beach, a park, and restaurants.

Enjoyed the stay

Close to ocean, but has it own pool, great set up for three couple but room for more. Close to parks and intercoastal. Really a great space. Restaurant a 5 min drive but a great set up to eat in.. 50 min to everglades , 15 to 20 to airport. Flamingo gardens close and worth it for kids and adults. Great restaurants and Delis everywhere. Not enough good things said. Very responsive owners. Oh and great TVs everywhere. If you want to relax at night. Pool a ten ,the right size and always clean.

Our multi generation family had a fantastic stay (4 grandparents, 2 parents, 2 children). The layout of the property allowed us to have our own spaces in the bedrooms but plenty of space to gather in the living room and dining/kitchen areas. The distance to the quiet beach front was easy to walk to, and we enjoyed visiting every day. The provided beach cart, chairs and toys were awesome to have included. The pool was also great for when we wanted a quick swim. Kiril the property manager was prompt and easy to work with. He made sure we had everything in order for our stay. We'd happily return to this location in the future!

The house is lovely and comfortable, we had a great time. We were a group of 8, 4 kids, 4 adults. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The pool was a great size and well maintained. A few things need improvement though. The kitchen was not fully stocked, it was missing a large pot as well as a medium one. We were in the middle of preparing spaghetti sauce for the gang when we realized. We contacted Kim and Kiril right away but it wasn’t until the next day that the pots appeared on the kitchen counter (while we were at the beach). Although this was a nice gesture we would have appreciated knowing they were going to be in the house while we were out. There weren’t enough wine glasses and the few that were there were not in good shape. A couple of the dining room chairs could use repair. We also mentioned our concern about the patio door lock. But no one said anything about whether it was fixed or not during the surprise visit, while we were out. The vegetation around the house is gorgeous unfortunately there were old paint cans lying around in the back which were an eye sore. For the price point of the house we expected greater attention to detail and better communication. I hesitated to bring up the negatives because we really did enjoy our stay!

This property is just wonderful. We traveled during extremely hot weather, so the pool was used continually and the distance from the beach was also key. The home gave great separate spaces for each family. Really couldn't have asked for anything better.. thank you for sharing your home!

The stay was great! Check in was easy, the house was clean and was a great size for our family of six, which included 5 adults and one child. Each room was a nice size and had large flat screens in each for unwinding before bed. We really enjoyed the heated pool which also came equipped with fun pool toys for fun with the kids. In addition, the house had a beach cart and a storage bin full of beach equipment along with chairs, umbrellas, etc. for fun trips to the beach which is only a short 5 min walk away. Overall I thought the stay was great.

This was our first time using VRBO and we were more that satisfied with our decision to rent this property. From the initial step onto the property to our last was memorable for our whole family. The neighborhood was fantastic. The decor in the house was nothing but beautiful and fitting for a beach vacation. Had everything one could want for a beach vacation. Was super convenient close to beach, restaurants and bars all in walking distance. The pool was a hit in the evening as we spent all day a the beach near the house. We will definitely be coming back to this property.

In the past we’ve taken our kids to the gulf coast, and have enjoyed adult trips to Miami. This time we compromised with a trip to Ft. Lauderdale. The house was perfect for us with a great location, beach access, restaurants and the kids loved the pool. I think the pool was actually their favorite part. The guest recommendations were on point, beds were comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. Some of the furniture is due for replacement, but overall got the job done. I would highly recommend this property to other families looking for a beach trip.

This beautiful home was clean and welcoming. The entire process was easy from beginning to end. Both the owner and property manager were accommodating and fast to reply. We loved the layout of the home. Everyone had their own space without being cramped. The pool was an absolute favorite and very well maintained. We also liked how close the beach was, just a 5 minute walk. Property manager even went out of his way to ensure we had a full Propane tank and laundry detergent. Thank you for the awesome vacation!

Our stay was flawless - from the first inquiry to our last evening. The property was clean and exactly as noted when booking. We loved the little extras - especially the snack baggies and laundry detergent. The area was very safe and pleasant. Would stay again!

Our family of six adults and one infant (our grandchild) had a terrific stay at this house. The layout of the ranch-style home was perfect and enabled everyone to have their own space while also enjoying the open area in the living and dining room. The pool was absolutely wonderful and there is a storage box with pool floats and toys. The beach is just a 6 min walk and we were able to use their beach chairs and umbrellas. The kitchen has all the amenities you would expect to find in a home of this caliber. Our only ding on this property would be the area rugs in the living and dining room are very soiled. This was mostly a concern because of the infant crawling on them. That said however, we would definitely book another stay at this property.

Our family has rented in Florida for years, and I would put this property among the very best. It's a terrific location--a short walk to the beach, along with abundant restaurants/pubs within a mile or less. The layout of the house is really quite appealing, in that the bedrooms/bathrooms are situated in a way to allow for everyone's privacy. The house was also fully stocked with all the cooking and other amenities we needed. Last but not least, the pool was a perfect size for the entire family. This house was a great fit for our entire family. The size and layout was perfect for all of us, from infant to grandparents. Having our own pool and pool toys was awesome for our littles who swam constantly! Having the beach, restaurants and nature park just a short walk away was also perfect for us. The provided beach cart, chairs and toys were great. We appreciated the quick and clear communication before and during our stay. Overall, our entire experience was fantastic!

This updated ranch house is exactly as described in the listing. It is well equipped, immaculate and a short walk to the beach and many restaurants. There are nicely landscaped seating areas in both sun and shade and the sparkling pool is an absolute delight. It’s a great place for a family vacation and we hope to return another time.

Sea Ranch was a wonderful fit for our family vacation. Kim and Kiril were very responsive and helpful. The house is as shown on the listing. The main master rain shower is a great bonus. Location is an easy walk to a beautiful beach just north of a condo. Not crowded. Pool is great too. Thanks for your hospitality!

We enjoyed our visit in Dolphin Isles. The house was clean, well laid out and barely a 5 minute walk to the beach. It had all of the kitchen and bathroom essentials. The only thing I would suggest is a few more true beach chairs and an umbrella because our family of 4 adults didn’t each have a full size beach chair. Otherwise, all good

Wonderful house with great vibes! This was our first trip to Fort Lauderdale. The beach is a short walk away and there is some good snorkeling right off the beach. Excellent location with all kinds of dining and bar options nearby. Pool was wonderful with lots of lounge chairs and table space. Plenty of room for everyone in the house.. Private room and bathroom areas with a big central space. Very clean and lots of thoughtful touches. Owner was great and gave us some good dining/entertainment ideas. We loved it!

we had a marvelous time! The house looks exactly like the pictures, it was clean, and many extra towels and toiletries. It even had a beach cart and it's only a block from the beach! Very satisfied with the place and our time there.

This house is beautiful and is very well located. The hosts run the check in and check out process very efficiently. We were 9 people (4 adults and 5 kids) and we were extremely comfortable. The house is very well equipped, from electronics to kitchen appliances, from High quality TVs in all rooms to brand new towels and beach gears. Access to the beach was very simple (about 2 blocks away). The swimming pool is amazing, with everything the family need. In sum, we had a wonderful experience and we will be looking to rent this house again in the future. Totally recommended!

This property definitely exceeded our expectations!! The home is so well laid out, spacious and bedrooms/bathrooms are well separated for great privacy. It was very helpful to have the two bedrooms with a shared bath - perfect for our son, wife and their two little ones. The crib, highchair, pack and play were provided and much appreciative! We loved the "beachy" feel and decorative touches. The pool and "botanical gardens" surrounding the home were amazing!!
