There’s not much more you can ask for. Beautiful, spacious, well laid out home that is close to everything. When we weren’t out and about, the kids loved the game room and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Dan was so easy to contact (even when he is in the back of an airplane he still replies). The cabin is in a perfect location at the base of the mountain close to town but still the same mountain vibe.

Location of the property was great for us. Very close to town but plenty of peace and quiet. The property was clean and the host was great to communicate with. We will definitely stay again.

Wonderful cabin, close to all the local attractions. Spacious with a game room that was a huge hit with the kids. The host Dan was so accommodating and welcoming, letting us check in a few hours early. Would stay again and highly recommend this cabin!

Great place to stay

It is the best location ever. 8 minutes from Gatlinburg downtown and 3 minutes from a Dollar General. Excellent space for parking our cars and it is super close to the main road. Amenities are a trip, super clean, super organized and will definitely recommend it again. Most probably I will try to go back again this year.

This was an excellent little cabin for me my husband and our five kids the layout was great kids loved the game room and hot tub of course Not too far off the road, but enough to be private Well, definitely more than likely to book this location again The owner was very easy to communicate with and answered any questions that I have within a few minutes

We spent the week in this beautiful cabin and enjoyed every minute. Ths property was just as listed, very clean, and more than we expected. The gameroom was so much fun, we slent hours enjoying family time in there. The hot tub was also very clean and relaxing. If we head back to the area we will for sure be looking to stay here again!

Stayed for Spring Break. Newer property and well cared for. Very responsive and pleasant owners. Close to downtown Gatlinburg but out of the rush and hustle. Enjoyed the hot tub and game room at night.

Booked this for a week and from the reviews had high expectations and was looking forwarded to an amazing stay. That though all ended the first night. The guest room tub drained extremely slow which kept us from using it. That left us with 1 working shower and with 3 females that is one reason why we looked for a 2 full bath cabin. Informed the owner and was told that the handy man will look at it… that never happened. Then the central heating and a/c made a very loud metal scraping noise every time it came on. At night while sleeping this noise woke us up every time it came on. Informed the owner and it took a day for the hvac guy to come out to confirm the it needed to be repaired but parts weren’t available. Owner stated it still works but never addressed the annoying noise it made every time it turned on. The owner was very responsive but didn’t do anything except thanked me for letting him know for the next guest that would stay. You would think that if there was any problems with your stay that impacted comfort that the owner would do something. Like provide us with a free night or offer to drop off heaters or offer us a refund so we could book somewhere else…anything other than what he did which was nothing. There are so many other cabins in the same area that had I would have selected. Even after the first or second night I would have moved to another cabin.

Perfect location if attending events at Rocky Top Sportsplex. Very clean. New/Firm mattresses. Enough room to spread out. Easy to get to anywhere in Gatlinburg. Five Stars!

We loved everything about this cabin. The super easy check in process and the cleanliness was welcoming. The location was top notch to food, shops and hanging on the strip! We lived it and hope to rent again.

This large cabin is very close to downtown Gatlinburg (just 5 minutes or so) and is extremely well-thought-out and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Dan was wonderful from start to finish. He went over and above to make sure our time at his cabin was great! His home was comfortable and convenient. And our kids LOVED the game room. So fun!! I highly recommend this property.

The garage turned game room was awesome. Pool table had straight sticks and was level, arcade has a ton of games, air hockey was fun, also has a Foosball table. Hot tub was nice and large. It's in an enclosed room, so you are out of the elements and don't have to be cold when you get out (no real view, so didn't matter that it was in a room. Lot of windows though). The door to get to it is off the master bedroom though. Wasn't an issue for us, but good to know depending on the dynamic of who's sleeping where. Kitchen was nice and fully stocked. Plenty of space in cabinets to put your stuff (food, cups, ect). Livingroom was comfortable. All the rooms have nice, new, huge TVs. They are Roku TVs, so you can just use that to access you own streaming apps. Just remember to log out of the. Whe. You leave. They are all flush mounted do you can't access the imput ports (good to know for us as we bring our firestick on all of our trips).

The host made everything very clear with helpful instructions as well as checking in occasionally. The property was clean and comfortable. The location was great being just down the street from the main road into Gatlinburg. I would stay again and recommend to anyone.

This cabin was such a great place and everything was as described and better! We had stellar communication with Dan and he was extremely kind and helpful!! Do yourself a favor and book this cabin!

Exceeded our expectations! I felt like we were staying at an upscale hotel! The updated decor provided a calm aesthetic that was perfect for a relaxing evening after stressful games. The location was perfect for getting to and from Rocky Top Sports world without having to battle traffic. and the TV's were so big!! I only wish we had had more down time to simply chill out and relax while watching the big screen!! Thank you for letting us feel at Home!!

Absolutely amazing place to stay. This cabin was perfect for our stay with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again if we are able to get back to Tennessee .

The cabin was spacious. The rooms were nice and big. The furniture was cozy. The place was clean. The games worked and we had a lot of fun playing them. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub. The manager was easy to talk to and responded fast.

It was perfect The location, the cabin we even seen a bear at the back porch. For sure recommend this cabin for your stay.

My girlfriend and I booked this cabin from September 24-26. This was our first cabin rental in Gatlinburg and I must tell you that we will be making many more trips to this cabin. Dan is an amazing property manager. He responds to you asap and will answer any question you have. The cabin is in a perfect location and it is peaceful. The cabin was spotless and had everything we needed. If you want a private cabin away from any interruptions that is literally down the road from Gatlinburg, then this is the perfect cabin for you. The game room and inside jacuzzi cannot be matched. My girlfriend and I cannot wait to be back at this location in the future.

This home was lovely! It is peacful and felt secluded. It is beautifully decorated down to every little detail and had everything we needed. The location was great.
