Very nice well stocked

The condo was great. We really enjoyed our stay. It was right on the beach and provided everything we were looking for.

The condo was exceptional. Super clean. Better than we could have imagined. Communication with Tracey was wonderful. So helpful and kind. She went out of her way to assist us and worked with some unexpected situations for our family. Definitely recommend!!

Convenient to restaurants, only 6 condos on our floor so easy to load and unload without long waits for elevator, very clean and Tracy was very responsive and helpful. Loved working the 1000 piece puzzle provided. Lovely beach experience! Will definitely book again!

This condo was amazing! It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and great views of the ocean. The best stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Tracy was a great host and easy to contact. Perfect for two couples. Would recommend this condo.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was decorated and stocked to perfection. The view was amazing with easy access to the beach. The location is convenient to restaurants, fishing, golf, shopping, grocery stores, and most important (on the beach)! The only negative on this trip was the pool was closed due to maintenance, but we had the ocean so no complaints! I highly recommend this unit at this property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has been remodeled very tastefully - not tacky like most we've seen. Everything is up to date and our host was more than accommodating. She even had water for us and snacks upon our arrival! We truly had a lovely time - the view is amazing from the balcony and you're just steps from the beach. It was very nice not having to deal with the Destin traffic. We would definitely come back if given the chance!

Everything was as listed. It was easy checking in. We were truly impressed with how well stalked everything was. Anything that you would need for cooking. My daughter in law was in heaven that there was a salad spinner!! The condo was very clean and had extra towels and linens. There were games and beach toys as well! The views were amazing!! We would definitely recommend this condo for your family vacation!!

They thought of everything. Definitely, enjoyed that there were water bottles and snacks provide. After a 14 hour drive. It was nice not to need to go straight to the grocery store.

The condo was beautiful! Perfect space for a family of four, one being a teenager who claimed the extra bedroom for himself 😊. The view of the ocean was amazing and was exactly what we needed after spending the day at the baseball field. Tracey was a great host and checked in during our stay. The condo was stocked with everything you needed and more. We will definitely try and book this condo again next year when we come back down!

We decided pretty last-minute to take a spring break trip and stumbled upon this lovely condo, which solidified our decision! The beachfront views were amazing and the condo itself was perfect for us. Beautiful, modern decor and well-stocked with just about anything you would need. Great laid-back location but close to many things. Tracy was very helpful and readily available, though we really didn't run into anything major that needed prompt attention. We would stay here again!

Rental was easy. Description of listing property was spot on. Liked the bright colors and the balcony furniture was great.

The property was in a great location, close to restaurants and driving to other locations. The condo offered everything you need for the beach and to enjoy your stay, beautiful gulf views with awesome sunrises and sunsets. Looking forward to staying here again.

Hands down best condo I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve stayed in a lot. Cleanest and prettiest and most amazing view. The deck is big and perfect for morning coffee and evening snacks. It is well stocked with everything you need. I can’t say enough good things about this location and the view and the beauty of this unit 302. Thank you Terri for a perfect week for our girls trip. We will be back.

This property was exactly as listed, with the spectacular balcony ocean-view the golden ticket. We had a late arrival, and what a treat it was that there were a few frozen glasses in the freezer for us to toast with a cold beer to finally getting to the Emerald Coast and be together again. The beach service was amazing to have since we only brought carry-on luggage and did not have anything for the beach. Lots of dishes if you wanted to make a meal. Restaurants nearby or a quick Uber away. We'd stay here again if we ever make it clear across the US sometime soon! Teri was a great host, and quickly answered any questions for us. THANK YOU Teri!

Loved the location! I think every meal we ate at the condo we sat on the deck to enjoy the ocean views. The condo was well stocked, and a perfect set-up for our family of four. Would definitely stay here again.

This was part three of our trip. The condo was beautifully furnished. We had everything we needed except the food. Hands down, the best place we have stayed at in Ft. Walton. We will be back.

Property was well stocked. Beautiful views, great location. Only trouble was at no fault of the unit or owner, there was a lot of smoking on other balconies that resulted in us not utilizing our balcony much.

The check in process was great. All necessary information was provided in the app. The condominium complex was located in a beautiful beachfront locale, with private beach access and off street parking. The main floor had luggage carts to be used to transport all luggage to the condo. The condo itself was absolutely beautiful and was even better than described/pictured. The condo was nicely decorated and felt like home. It is obvious that owner takes great pride in her property. The condo had literally everything you can imagine: bath and beach towels, beach equipment, family entertainment options, TV, internet, fully stocked kitchen accessories, washer, dryer, etc. The view of the beach and ocean was breathtaking, and it was absolutely wonderful to wake up to the view of the ocean and the sounds of the waves. We had the most wonderful experience thanks to your place. We will most certainly book with you again.

This is a great place to stay. We walked right out to the beach everyday and fell asleep to the sounds of the ocean in our room. It’s close enough to everything we wanted to do and was out of the hustle and bustle of the main drag. We will definitely stay here again!
