The property worked well for our party of 10. Location was great being a very short walk to the beach. Front porch was great to sit and drink morning coffee while watching foot traffic to the beach. Would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Easy access to the beach.

The family and I so enjoyed our stay this past week. The cottage was absolutely perfect for us. Having stayed in South Haven many times over the years, the location of this rental could not be beat. Our little ones could go to the beach whenever they wanted and ice cream and coffee were right around the corner. We really never had to drive. The cottage itself had everything we needed and fit our large group well. I also really appreciated all of the outdoor space we had to grill, make s’mores and let the little ones safely explore. We will definitely be returning!!!

Love the cottage and beach. Had some trouble with parking in front of house even though we paid $30 to park there. Really enjoyed our stay. Would rent here again.

Very convenient and easy walk to the beach. Our Family had a great time. 4 adults and 3 children had plenty of room. We rented from Michael B. before and he’s excellent!

This place was much better than expected. Large screened in porch is great for people watching. Nice private cement backyard with shower. Close to Concession stand and blue moon ice cream. Every room has air conditioning so nice and cool to sleep at own temperature. Would stay there again.

The street is a little busy, but safe with ample parking. Strong WiFi. We stayed on Saturday night and there was some noise from the beach, but at midnight it clears out and it was all quiet. This was the perfect getaway location! We have stayed at rental homes across the country and the owner of this property, Michael, was by far the most accommodating! He went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable, comfortable, and memorable. This home was very spacious, comfy, and clean. The home provides lots of special touches from a screened in porch to an on site washer and dryer to even a fire pit out back. The deck, patio and Weber grill make this outdoor space the ideal evening hang out. We appreciated the outdoor shower on the back deck to rinse off after being at the beach. Parking was never an issue for the entirety of our trip. We were always able to park right in front of the home. Others have commented about the location and this benefit can’t be emphasized enough. This home is just steps away from the beach. This was such a luxury. Our family had a wonderful trip in South Haven. We highly recommend this home! You won’t be disappointed.

We’ve stayed in TooQute 5 or 6 times and have thoroughly enjoyed it. It’s so close to the beach with a large private back deck.

Ten of us stayed for a week at “Too Qute.” The location can’t be beat, especially with young kids — a quick walk to and from the beach. The place was clean and tidy upon our arrival. Michael called prior to our stay to welcome us and to keep lines of communication open. He was attentive with the few issues that did arise, and they were handled quickly.

We had stayed at “ to cute “ in August and we loved the place It’s a great home close to the beach and has everything one could need. So our wedding anniversary was coming up and we wanted to have a 4 day weekend. So we booked ‘ to cute’ and we got ready for a great weekend. I got a call the day we were to leave and was told there was a problem with the booking, but Michael came through and got us a different house to stay at ‘ the Oakland north’ Wow this place is great it a modern older house with lots of charm The kitchen is like out of a new house from the gorgeous stove and stainless fridge. It has 4 bedrooms with lots of beds. We love both homes and Michael was great though it all. We will be back next year, we just don’t know which house to pick. Both are great and so is Michael for coming thru and giving us a wonderful upgrade. Thanks

This property was clean and well maintained. It is an older beach cottage, so don't expect high end luxury. If you want a GREAT LOCATION, a house built for a family with plenty of room and places to gather, PLUS a great management team, this is the one for you -- - - just don't take my place on the calendar, as we will be booking there every year!

My son loved the outdoor shower and so did my mother in-law for cleaning the sand off her feet All the bedrooms where big and gave lots of room to move. We also loved the patio and spent many evenings there having a fire in the fire pit and cooking burgers on the grill. We plan to stay there again. Great place

House was perfect for our family vacation! Plenty of room for our group of ten and location to the beach couldn’t have been better! We had a small issue with one of the upstairs air conditioner units and owner was very responsive and quickly fixed the issue.

This is a perfect location if you like to be close to the water. The view from the master bedroom is amazing! Plenty of open space for your friends and family to relax along with a huge deck for outdoor fun. The kitchen provided extras to use to cook. The wine refrigerator came in handy for all of our beverages. Plenty of sleeping space which made it a great choice for a girls. Weekend. Owner was very responsive.

The cottage was perfect! Great size, lots of room, amazing location, and everything was provided. The owner was quick to respond with any questions. Should we stay in south haven again, this would be the first place I check!!

We loved being close to the beach & downtown. Was a roomy cottage for a get together with my sister (we’re from Tucson) & our cousins (who are from Indianapolis & Michigan). Would definitely do it again - maybe on a yearly basis?!
