Our stay was great. The only problem we had was my lack of knowledge on how to use the the television. I am no good with technology so this is all on me. Every other aspect of our stay was great.

Place was excellent . Close to the beach and attractions. Very clean and well appointed. Jen was prompt with all communications. I would highly recommend and would definitely book this property again. 5 stars ⭐️ all around

Very good. Clean, good location, street was close to main road to get to NSB and Daytona in 10 min. Neighbors were a little odd next door.

This property was perfect for our spring break getaway! It was amazing and had everything we needed, it is in close proximity to everything you need as well. 10/10 would recommend.

Loved the location. Away from tourist sites but just a quick drive to the beach, shopping and restaurants. An hour to Universal and an hour and half to Disney.
The rooms were great. Clean and comfortable. Pool was enjoyed every day by my grandkids. Would stay again.

The guys really liked the house was exactly what they needed to relax after a long day working. The power was very responsive and helpful we plan to save the link and use again in the future.

This home is wonderful! It is comfortable and convenient to everything! The furniture was comfortable, and the large, fenced-in backyard had a nice pool, and lots of varieties of palm trees and shrubs. The backyard also has a gate which allowed us to park our trailer there for safe keeping. The neighbors were extremely friendly and welcoming to us. Jen was very easy to communicate with and very responsive to all our needs. We look forward to returning as soon as possible. Thanks for amazing vacation!

When visiting the beach I usually stay on the beach, but took the chance with this home. It had a pool and plenty of room. It was totally worth it! The location was questionable at first, but totally worth it! No problems, quiet, peaceful and relaxing!! Can’t wait to go back! House clean.. back yard beautiful! Hope to stay longer next time!!

We had a fantastic stay here. We were close to the beach and the family we were visiting. We very much enjoyed having a pool to float in. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and very well stocked with many things you might not have brought. There’s many beach toys, an umbrella and chairs in the garage.

We absolutely adored our stay here. The pool water was soft and not chemically overwhelming at all. The house was clean and well maintained (screen door needs repair, but its incredibly minor). It was a short lovely ride to both Ponces Inlet Beach and Daytona. The food in the area close to the home were all fantastic! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the yard and swing, and we spent a lot of time between that and the beach. The big surprise was the master bath shower, such a hidden gem! There was a few ants getting in the pool, but its FL so thats expected. Overall we would rent this home again. Jennifer was responsive and great to speak with.

We absolutely LOVED our stay!!! The home was wonderful and the pool was nothing short of amazing.
If you are skeptical, DONT BE!!! JUST BOOK IT!!! This place is worth the money!!! We brought our tribe of teenage kids and 2 were young adults, all loved the property and the proximity to the beach. Neighborhood is very quiet and house is full of everything you could want/need! Jen was very pleasant to deal with and was very responsive to all messages. We will definitely spend time in this home in the future, thanks again Jen!

We had a wonderful stay in this cute home with a private pool for our 5 night stay! We were attending a festival at the Daytona Speedway just a short drive away, and enjoyed the small beach town amenities NSB offered. The home is completely remodeled and has the cutest screened porch leading to the enormous fenced yard! We spent as much time as we could floating in the pool watching the small planes above from the airport nearby. The owner/manager was very responsive and the whole rental process was seamless. Highly recommend this home for a nice getaway. Many happy memories created on this trip!

This house and pool is amazing and perfect for a getaway from Michigan twice a year. We feel like it’s kind of our second home because we go there and only there when we visit new Smyrna Beach. Jen is an amazing host and we just love it there.

Rented this house when attending the Rolex 24 with 2 other friends. The house was great. Just what we needed. Clean and comfortable. Location wasn't too far from Speedway, 20 minutes or so.

We stayed a week with 3 adults in this clean and cosy house. The beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean and big enough. Kitchen modern, clean and well equipped. Pans with no damaged tefal layer! The only suggestion we could make is the addition off a blender, bit we did fine without it.
Location is oke and relatively close to the beaches and very close to Walmart and Publicx. It is a quit neighbourhood but the big road nearby is not so quit. During the night there is no traffic so it did not bother us at all.
Great communication with Jen and her bath and beach towels are the best!

We had a lot of fun. The house was beautiful the host was great. Only down fall was having to drive so far to get to either beach. And definitely needs a tv in the bedrooms. Other then that the house was absolutely amazing and we will be back soon !

Excellent! Jen was an awesome host and expeditiously helped with an issue we had. She also had lots of beach/pool toys and chairs that we didn't have to pack. 10 minutes from almost everyting! We will stay again!!

Wonderful Stay
We got the house because it was close to a beach and it had a pool. We realize how close it was to DisneyWorld( 1 hour 1/2 drive). We drove from Houston so we didnt mind the extra drive. Between the house having a pool the kids enjoyed everyday, a beach my wife love and our 2 day Disney trip this was the best vacation we had. Several restaurants close to the house. A Wal-Mart and Publix is about a 15 minute drive each. The beach is beautiful and not crowded. Jen respond quickly to questions or concerns. Can't go wrong with this listing

It is a beautiful house with our own private pool and the host was amazing! The house was beautiful and the perfect getaway! The host was accommodating and even left us a gift for our stay! We are heading back there in October and will always stay there when we go to Nee Smyrna.

Very nice property, we would totally stay at it again. The pool was not heated and that would be a suggestion, but other than that the backyard is huge and all privacy fenced in and the pool is amazing! Jen provides tons of beach and pool toys, boogey boards, beach chairs etc. so you don’t need to buy/rent or worry about dragging them back home.
Inside. New Smyrna beach access is a minute away and it is much quieter than the Daytona side.

Great spring break location. The house is as described. Excellent for the family. Centrally located, within minutes to everything! Plenty of additional entertainment amenities to enjoy your stay.
